Technical issues during acceptance of offer . . .

My daughter did the CP back in Fall 2014 and has decided to go back! :) She and a friend both applied and were made offers (which expire today BTW). My daughter accepted her's last night and received the "thank you for accepting" email, the email to reset her dashboard password, etc., all the way through submitting her program fees. Her friend, however, received the "thank you for accepting" email, but nothing after that. She is worried because the offer expires today and she hasn't been able to complete the process. Has anyone had a similar issue recently?
 
Also, does anyone happen to have a telephone number she could try for recruiting, housing, etc.?
 
I don't have the number but she can try to call the casting center and be redirected (800) 766-0888. If she calls they can sort out everything. The office closes in about 30 minutes so if she can't reach them today definitely call tomorrow.
 
Fortunately, she received a reply to one of her emails to TechSupport and the guy's name and phone number was included at the bottom. She called and got it all straightened out! :thumbsup2
