Technical Help Please

Been lurking for several months and, today, wanted to post on a thread in the 'Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies' forum, but it says I do not have access. I get the same message on the Technical Support forum. I, however, can post in this 'Welcome to the DIS' forum.

I'm a newb and I'm guessing its somethign obvious I'm missing. Thanks for any help/insight.
