Right now, adding the 2nd & 3rd RV Batteries have worked out pretty well in our 5th wheel. Having a generator would be great, but I run into a lot of side issues.
I am getting 3 to 6 days, weather dependent, on runnning our 5r on this 3 battery system.
With the trout season around the corner, actually quite a few streams in PA catch/release fly fishing are open all year, I intend to do quite a bit of dry camping.
Getting to the point-----I pull the 3 batteries, after draining them to about 20/30% remaining capacity, and individual charge (8 amp charger) them at home. Can I leave the batteries hooked up in parallel and charge all 3 at the same time, while monitoring the batteries with a hydrometer.
My rational is they all drain equally in parallel, they should charge up equally, in parrallel.
Your thoughts and thanks,
john
