Techie question

I have to order software for one of my classes. It can only be ordered directly through a specific site without my being charged insane amounts of money. Apparently my browser is blocking cookies, and in order to order the software, the browser has to accept cookies.
So anyone know how to solve this problem? In Enlish? I'm not very good with a computer

For IES, go up top to Tools, select Internet Options, then Privacy. You should have an option at the bottom of that screen to "override cookie handling for individual websites." Select Edit and follow the instructions for entering the URL address for the website in question and select "Allow." Follow the instructions on the same screen for removing the website from the list when you are done.
