Hi Tebi,
You made a DISign for me on your Mouse-Ear Family thread which we love! And I just love your Mickey pirate heads on this thread. My brother and nephew just joined our trip at the last minute, and I want to make shirts for them to wear too. I have an idea for a DISign that sort of incorporates both and I am hoping it wouldn't be too much trouble (PLEASE tell me if it is!)

Could you make 2 Mickey pirate heads, one that says 'Dad' and the other 'Miles', and put an '&" sign in between. And then could you put a border around it (similar to the ones you put on the mouse-ear family ones) with '2009' at the top and 'Our Disney Vacation' at the bottom? Does that make sense?

If that is too much trouble to do, then could you make instead one each of the Mickey pirate heads - with Dad & Miles with 'WDW' on one ear & '2009' on the other?

Tebi, These are so perfect! I wasn't sure I was explaining myself very well, but this was exactly what I was thinking!!! We are going to surprise my brother & nephew with these, and I can hardly wait.

(Warning, OT & pretty sappy, bear with me...) My nephew lives 3000 miles away from us, and we only get to see him once a year for a few weeks in the summer. And I just know that wearing matching T-shirts with his dad at Disney World one summer is something that Miles will probably always remember, and he'll have the shirt to wear a memento of the trip. You have no idea what your DISigns mean to us and how much more magical you have made our trip with your creativity. Thank you, thank you, thank you....

Off to buy transfer paper and get started!

You are very welcome! When I printed up our shirts last fall, I put DISigns on both the pocket and as a large decal on the back. I think they look equally good both ways. I also didn't print any on black, but you could maybe leave a little border around the outside of minnie's ear and then you wouldn't lose any of it.
