Team Rivalry

I don't know about everyone else, but a lot of team rivalry is going on between people I know. Like siblings against each other, long time enemies, and that. It can turn the whole thing into a big mess.
For instance, I went into a friend's room yesterday where the team was having an argument about this and that supposedly caused by a rival team.
