QOTD: I'd spend my $500 in many of the same ways others have mentioned. I'd like to do a sessison with a personal trainer. I'd like the trainer to write down what he/she recommends for me so that I can continue it on my own. I love the recumbent bike, but I don't even know where I should place the seat.
I'd also buy a few exercise DVDs. I'd like some more WATP DVDs and perhaps a new JM one. If there is anything left, I'd like to get a month long membership to the (semi) local pool.
Glad so many of you checked in today!
Have a great day tomorrow everyone!

One word: water.
I have already drank a few glasses of it. I woke up around 3:30 this morning and I could tell I was dehydrated. I got out of bed to get some water and started feeling dizzy. Water helped a lot. Luckily, I don't have any place to go today because I know I'll be visiting the bathroom a lot. To be honest, I should have expected to be dehydrated because I drank a lot yesterday and didn't go to the bathroom too many times. Hmm...I wonder what that means for today.

I get what you are going thru! My DSIL is the same and I'm sure DS25 is as well. HARD sometimes.

We had the ones that were recalled a few months ago so we sent in our old, clunky, crappy ipods and they sent us really cool new ones that are really small and have a touch screen. And the best part is that they have a Nike fitness app on them! Actually it isn't much different than my pedometer I bought last month but it does have a few features that may come in handy. So now I have a great little ipod that has a Mickey Mouse watch face, all my favorite tunes and will help me track my workouts. And DH got major
points since it arrived on Valentines Day (which was a total coincidence but I told him to just take the credit!
I hated it when I was not able to walk at all because I was so useless but sometimes I think this is worse. I want to be able to do everything I used to but I just can't and I hate having to decide if I will exercise or have a clean kitchen. Being able to do some but not all is sometimes worse than not being able to do anything.

176.6...........was my weight at weigh in. Last week, I weighed 179.
ME! Would love to have it! We have a Biggest Loser Recipe Thread in the Eating Healthy Subforum at the top of the WISH Board. Please post it there so everyone can enjoy it.
day. Not in a great mood, feet and hip are uncomfortable. Weather is icky so not going for a walk anyway. Figured out I forgot to get a stamp and mail my credit card bill so it is now 4 days overdue. DH is going to be
. I made a healthy chicken salad for lunch and will probably just try to eat as light as I can the rest of the day. May make some broccoli soup. Trying to drink a lot of water. Kind of just want to get back in bed and start over tomorrow.

LTS. I used to be in musicals. I played the clarinet in the pit orchestra. The cast and crew always complained about their schedule. Pit orchestra members had it easy, but I can't say my mother wasn't doing the happy dance when I got my license. But, I hear you on being with friends. Many of mine were in pit orchestra and it was great to hang out with them outside of band class. I have some great memories from the various pit orchestras.
. They canceled the order and I'll be getting my money refunded to me.
