Tracy course you can come back, good to see you :goodvibes

Just look for Kristels updates she's our Queen of recapping :rotfl:

I must catch up on your TR again, I was away last week and got so behind!

Good Morning!

I spent last night watching the Oscars, they were pretty amusing and I am such a sap, I got all misty eyed when Heath's family was accepting his award. :sad1:

I am counting the days to spring, I am so tired of being cold! Plus I bought some cute spring outfits and I want to be able to wear them! :lmao:

That sucks that so many of you are sick, that being said I am glad that the border seems to be preventing the germs from coming up into Canada. :scared:

Thanks Jo, I am loving Kristel's updates, she is great at them!! Thanks for reading my TR, I just put up the last day :sad2:, as soon as Bill types up his summary it will be over.

I will have to ask everyone here their best tips on taking kids to WDW, we are taking my son, his g/f, and her two kids as a Christmas present this year. I keep having visions of tired, whiny, overwhelmed kids because I want to go, go, go :lmao:.

Carrie, this picture cracked me up:

I LOVE IT!!!

I don't know about "expert", but IMO those look like great numbers Rachel! I haven't seen it below 3 in eons; 4-6 I would say means 10-ish minute waits in the early morning, 20-40 (depending on the ride in question) in the afternoons.

::yes::

Poor Jimmy! Wish I was hanging at home. My head is killing me - I think you can add me to the sinus-sufferers list. :headache:

thanks for all the information janet!!!:thumbsup2

glad you're feeling better, hope jimmy feels better soon.

Your welcome!

Thanks - I agree, Sudafed is the gold standard... but it's at home. :headache: I'm trying to muscle throgh, but I can feel it progressing to a migraine, so a trip to the drugstore might be coming. Ugh.

Children's Sudafed is the only thing that seems to work for Jimmy.

After my golf game my eyes were quite itchy but I didn't think anything of it, last night though they had yucky stuff in them and were puffy. This morning they were really puffy :scared: I took a hayfever tablet and they've calmed down although stillnot normal, I also keep sneezing and have a sore throat, can't believe hayfever season is here already

Oh no! I hope it is hayfever and you aren't catching what all the rest of have/had!

I hope it is ok to pop back on the Focker thread? Wow, I haven't been around here in forever.

Hey Tracy! :wave2:

Good Morning!

I missed that part. Saw the replay on the news though.

Are they things you can take on the cruise too!popcorn::

That sucks that so many of you are sick, that being said I am glad that the border seems to be preventing the germs from coming up into Canada. :scared:

::yes:: I would stay above the border until Spring, just in case!:thumbsup2
========================================================

Back from the doctor. Jimmy basically has a bad cold. NOt much we can do except let it run its course. Vaporizor in his room at night and Sudafed at bedtime. Can't give him the Sudafed during the day becasue his other meds are stimulants and that would make him
hyper.gif
:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: . Dr. said he can go back to school tomorrow. I was going to keep him home again but he wants to go. Guess I should take advantage of the fact that he wants to go now. Probably won't want to in a few years:confused3

Going to do some laundry, but other than that not much planned for the day.

Hi Fockers!

Sorry I've been MIA. This cold is kicking my butt. Both kids are back in school today because they are feeling better but I now have the yuck.

So, what's been going on? From just reading the past couple pages Dawn is moving, Jo played golf and has something wrong with eyes, V's got a headache, Z started a TR, Rachel's all moved in. What else are y'all up to? Anyone care to recap or have one they can direct me to?

Lindsey has her appointment with the psychologist today. She was supposed to go last week but missed because of my van and I don't want to call and cancel for this week because I'm sick. So, I'll just suck it up and go.

Not much else is going on with us. to need them. to everyone I missed and to any newbies.

I called the dining number and booked it through them.
Thanks
I have to do some :laundy: . I'm going to make some Chicken parm for dinner. Something I don't normally get to do during the week becasue of work, so that will be good.
I'm doing :laundy: today, too. And cleaning the house. Also making Lasagna for dinner. Must be a pasta night.

Mary, Leo did this one, too, and it was fantastic! I was totally comfortable leaving him in the CMs' care. :thumbsup2
Thanks!
I thought they would probably like to do something without the parents AND we get some kid-free time.

Oh man! I am not looking forward to allergy season. I used to never have allergies and last year I felt terrible in the Spring and Fall.

Hey Tracy! I'm enjoying your TR.
Hi Fockers!

Sorry I've been MIA. This cold is kicking my butt.

Sorry you aren't feeling well.

You all need to get better and keep these germs to yourselves. I don't want any of this stuff.

I wanted to quote but the computer ate them....

My nose is running off my face! OMGosh, this cold stinks. I cleaned out the pantry and put little "no names" food and stuff in there. Ah, it feels so good when you organize things, right?

I have to shower (CE :) ) and then go to the post office for Bob. He left me with a BAG full of packages to mail out. Blech. Then pick up kiddos.

I really think I'm making pancakes for dinner. I don't feel great and they're easy. I might even have SD cook them. It's nice to have teenagers sometimes!

 to everyone. Especially those sick (with colds or at heart)!

MEL

Mel, I am so sorry you aren't feeling well. I think pancakes for dinner is a great idea!! Bill loves pancakes, it doesn't matter what time of day.

I have to take sudafed every nite--120 mg--just so I can make it through the next day somewhat headache free. :(

Tracy course you can come back, good to see you :goodvibes
Are you talking to me in advance? Good! Nice to see you too, Jo! :goodvibes

Been running kids too fast again and Ab's still not feeling well. Daran took them skiing last nite tho---her BF loves it, but she wasn't as thrilled--it was 5 degrees up on the mountain, and of course BA just hops on her skis for the first time and starts going. Ab said she's nuts!
They really didn't have the right clothes for it tho---we just have sleigh riding pants and such, not really "cold" weather gear.

Hey TE. Let me know what your Hershey schedule is going to be. SInce the park isn't open, that puts a kink in the plans for Jim and Jimmy, but maybe we could meet for dinner???:confused3

Mel- That bunny is a cutie!!! He have a name yet?? Hope you feel better! T Make those kiddos take care of their awesome mom!

Lessa- I got misty too, you aren't alone! Everyone was so emotional through the whole show it was crazy! I LOVED Hugh's musical numbers! He's great! And I am with you about the cols, I am just tired of it and want nicer weather ASAP!!!

My 2 cents:

akershus ( we loved the dinner here last yr and regan wants to do princesses again) I really liked the food, and the character interaction was great too!

teppan edo ( is this the one with the grill where they cook right in front of you?) I really wanna try this place! I think it would be awesome for the kids!

kona LOVE IT!

ohana touch and go, they changed the menu so many times! it used to be our 1st night meal, not anymore tho.

donalds safari breakfast great breakfast!!!

boma my fav meal in WDW!

whispering canyon cafe. not sure how much time it will take to get to this resort. i guess we could drive over since we'll have a car.

WCC was SO much fun, kiddos will LOVE it. I think the boat ride over is nice.

Ah, it feels so good when you organize things, right?

Amen Sista!!!

Z- Awesome mini TR sof ar. Doesn't the BF know that smoking wastes valuable park time? :sad2: The pics of you guys are really cute !

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

I'm not in the mood for Monday. Aunt Flo is kicking my body's butt and I'm tired and achy and icky. And fo course the "to do" list is long for today.
I'm making some food in the crock pot for the rest of the week, so thats gotta get done. I am ordering a plain pizza tonight and making my own toppings to save $. We got an eggplant that I need to bake to go on the pizza and some onions and peppers to saute. I was also hoping to make some struesel bread for breakfasts for this week.

I'm going into the city tomorrow to get my copy of "White Witch, Black Curse" by Kim Harrison. I plan to stay all day int he book store and then get KC to go see a movie with me (I have 2 free passes still). So getting all the cooking done today is ideal for ease over the week. Problem is getting motivated. Meh.

How are y'all doin today?

Okay back from a little shopping !! :thumbsup2 I love when I get bargains !! :cool1: I found Tag Body Sray on clearance for $1.49 and had a $1 c/o !!!! :) Great stocking stffer for Kyle who like to bathe in Body Spray!:lmao: I'm off shortly to treat myself to supper and do some more shopping !!I:banana: organised all my Hygiene and cleaning supplies stockpile I have enough toothpaste to last about 20 years !!!I:scared1:I have makeup already forthe girls in Sept at Disney!! Can't resist those BOGO sales !! :rolleyes1 Well I'm off to do more planning !! Anyone have any reviews on The Wave, Tuttos and Tepon Edo !!Like what's good What's not !! Thanks
Krytal thanks for being RECAP QUEEN!!!

As others have said 3 months, the June hours should be out next week!

They do tend to be, when I compared August 2007 with 2008 they were pretty similar!

, I also keep sneezing and have a sore throat, can't believe hayfever season is here already

kat-- thanks so much for your input! it means a lot to me! sounds like everyone thinks our choices will be good for the kids. wcc is fun, huh?? i was thinking of changing it to something at gf, cuz it would be closer. but, i wasn't sure if anything there is really okay with kids (except for 1900 pf, but we're already doing a girly dinner). last trip we seemed to spend so much time getting to our dinners. i want this trip to be all about convinence!! lol

so , would you choose wcc or something at gf? ( remember with kids, not a nice romantic meal :lmao: )
