This is the place for Team Focker Watch members to congregate, chat, etc. Wanna talk about your latest lime green clothing score? Post it here! Gave someone the Lime Look and want to share? Post it here! Got pictures or tales of other TFW members you've met? Post them here!

As always, all are welcome. But who are we, anyway????

It all started with one woman's dream... a dream of finding a way to non-verbally acknowledge a fellow DISer across a crowded park...

Summer 2006: a terrific DISer named Lisa posed the question of how to acknowledge all those Lime Green Mickey Heads (LGMH's), lime green Crocs, lime green Baggallini's, lime green DISERS, when one is standing in line or otherwise unable to engage in conversation.

The answer? Robert DeNiro's infamous "I'm Watching You Focker!" gesture from Meet the Parents, now known as the LIME LOOK!

What followed was the joining together of many DISers willing to give the Lime Look to other DISers. We've come a long way, baby!

We are TEAM FOCKER WATCH!

One rule:
Let's keep it clean! We all know how much fun one can have with the name Focker, but let's refrain from inappropriate word-plays with it on the boards, k?

V - Something I forgot to tell you about Universal hotels. You have to pay for parking $22/day!:sad2:

Now I have Led Zeppelin going through my head. Thanks, V...
(although it's not like I don't hear it all the time anyway...#1 is a seventies rocker :headache: )

Wow. I'll have to see if I can even wrap my head around that one without puking.

You're welcome! ::teeth: And #1 has good taste. :thumbsup2

Carrying over my quotes....Hello New Thread!

Any prospects?

I have been looking but there ain't much out there for a decent apt with a semi decent kitchen in our price range. I wanna move out of state but ever time I mention it to KC he gets the hives. LOL.

Ha! Bust out the long sleeves, Kat! LOL
Glad you're having a good, relaxing Thurs!

Yea I'm used to shorts and a tee in the house, to get dressed to go out is like sweaty torture!

Absolutely what Kat said here Heather. The Roller Blades made it even MORE cheesy!:sad2:

Have you tried Monster and those sites too Kat?

Jim loves Gevalia. He gets a shipment every 6 weeks or so!

Yeah the "scoots" as we call them made it just weird. They used the same set over and over again, it was just weird. I still wish they ran with the Nemo show from AK and made it into a Broadway show!!

I never had much luck with those job sites, I'm really hoping for something in my area so i can walk to work and save on transportation!

I just got Irish Creme and Creme brulee..YUM!

I'm subbing so that I don't lose my way... :upsidedow I'm just as directionally impaired as the next guy. But, now I'll have to track back to the other thread to figure out what's going on. :headache:

I'm back at the office, not at 100%, but frantically trying to catch up on things that have been percolating while I wasn't here... :surfweb: I'll try to pop back in a little later.

TTFN!

Already?! Wow,,,,First page too!! Glad I checked in before taking the kids to the dentist!!!

I have to go to Tgt when my DH gets home. I need to pick up a few misc. things for my scrap weekend and I uploaded pictures to there. First of all, I really don't want to go outside. Currently we are at our high of -11, with wind feels like -29. Second of all, I am a little ticked at Tgt. I uploaded pictures thinking it is easier for them (and me) and I come to find out that had I brought the pictures in on a disk and waited the 1 hour (which I always am in there for at least) that the photos would have been .15 per print. Instead I am paying .20. The difference adds up fast when you are printing 150 pictures. :headache: Then come to find out that they ONLY PRINT GLOSSY! I hate glossy!

Okay rant over.

At least tomorrow we will have school and I can attend my Art Adventures Training at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. After my training I will be going into DS's school and teaching mini art classes about pieces of art. Very fun to talk through the history of a piece with a 7 year old and listen to their reaction to the art, then watch them create their own piece based on it.

Thanks all! Mary Poppins has a great code ($40 tickets, :yay: ), so I think we'll go with that.

Any plans for the weekend? Jack and Sally are at a scout thing, so we have the boys Saturday. I think we're taking them to the new movie theatre at the Patriot's staduim to see either Mall Cop or Bedtime stories, but we're calling them tonight to consult.

This sounds so cool Jen. The kids must really like it!:goodvibes

Good choice!

We are taking Jimmy to the Please Touch Museum on Saturday!

HEY JEN, WHY ARE YOU SNEAKING AROUND???

(although it's not like I don't hear it all the time anyway...#1 is a seventies rocker :headache: )

Really must meet your kids! ::yes::
I'm listening to Harry Connick, Jr if that's better to have in your head. :goodvibes

Snapfish and have them printed to Walgreens to pick up. :thumbsup2 Or if you can wait and have them mailed to you, they are like $0.09.

You're so inconspicuous! :rotfl2:
