I had a pretty awesome day today. Wrote an Anatomy test this morning and found out I got 100% on it which is almost impossible to do.

Congrats Will you take classes in the summer, or will you be done until September?

Then we went to the Simulation Lab to watch one of the dolls give birth. That was both interesting and hilarious at the same time. Some of the questions and reactions people had killed me.

Did anybody pass out See, this is one of those things you wish you could videotape.

Hey all. Jimmy was very pleasant getting up this morning, so no major battles on that front It is chilly and cloudy and supposed to rain later today so i am thinking Jim's softball practice is going to be cancelled.

The doctor called yesterday. He sadi the same thing I did, that it is scar tissue from the other procedure I had done. From the book of weird things that only happen to me: I got a fungal infection that casued a HUGE lump. soreness, redness,etc. They drained all the gook out of it and it was fine, but let a little scar tissue. How did I get a fungal infection in my b00b you ask, because apparently you should not put powder on after you get out of the shower. It gets into your pores (which are still open) and then gets closed in when the pores dry and close. Yeah, only me. He is going to send me for the follow up just so it is on record for next year and we don't have to go through this every time.

Not much else going on. Work and school, that's about it.

So... how's everyone doing?
I decided this is how busy my life is determined to be now, so I can't keep saying that I'm super busy all the time and that's why I've been missing. But I am.

So, we survived dance competition season and had an awesome vacay with Mel and her family. Now it's the spring crazies. We the girls are dancing in a few spring shows and A's playing soccer again. Officer try-outs are coming up as well as team try-outs, so that's consuming our thoughts right now. B's already on the team, so she's just dealing with officers, which is a huge project that she has to do, a presentation, an interview, questions, a dance portion and a teaching portion. Thank goodness we love dance, or it would all seem overwhleming. C's trying out for the higher team in May, but I think she doesn't have anything to worry about. Both girls are doing solos this year, so that practice starts in May too.

Kyle had a bunch of friends over and they decided to climb on the patio roof and jump onto the Trampaline We didn't know till a neighbor called !!! Let me tell ya Judy read them all the riot act and sent them home !!! Kyle tried claiming innicense said he was "LOST" in thought !!!Good try buddy but NAAAAA ain't flying !!!But ya have to give him credit for coming up with an alibi!!!!!

Jo they all need to stop picking on you!!!!You speak the Queen's english not the Colonies !!!!

Ugh, it's so impossible for me to even try to catch up, I've been so crazy busy.

I took a job with the Census Bureau as a low level supervisor that started Monday from 8am-5pm, so I've been swamped doing that, then coming home, cooking dinner, homework, baths and then bedtime. I don't know how you full-time working Momma's do it! Mucho respecto! I swear I feel like I'm going to keel over!

We had some very horribly sad news some of you read on FB. 2 children from Maddie and Evan's school were killed in a really bad accident early Monday morning. Maddie was friends with Edgar, as he was also in 2nd grade and his sister Cynthia was in 3rd grade. Our school is devasted. The mother of the children also lost her youngest DD aged 5 and her 12 year old nephew. She's in critical condition and all her children are gone. My heart aches for her. So, if you can keep these darlings in your thoughts, I'd appreciate it.

Anyway, miss chatting... but Momma's gotta make some money for those Pool:30 beverages!

Just a quick update, I'm on my way to finish the 3rd Dexter book and crash out.

I have been emailing with my godmother who hasn't given me anything more than she already told me, just that she believes this to be true, no real proof.
KC has been amazing throughout this mess. We have decided its time for me to find the man who is on my birth certificate as my father, and go from there. It's been 33 years and I never tried but thought about it, now forced into it because I need to know some kind of truth. So hopefully this will all end well.

Headed to the city tomorrow for lunch with Pants then KC's going away dinner for his job.

Oh and I decided to make KC a cake for his birthday on Tues, so I went and bought the stuff to make the fondant and the gel to color it. I am making it of a fox logo thing that is from his favorite video game (he plans to make this a tattoo eventually too). Anyone ever do this? I'm winging it!

Totally know what you mean. Mr Diz and I are going to Hilton Head in a week and I just told Baby Girl this morning that I thought she would like the break from me (and me from her, but I didn't say that part). Grandparents are coming to stay with the kids.

Today David, Jess and I played golf whilst Ells went to her friends, I then did some gardening and D and I then went for a walk. I then had a phone call that Jess (well me ) won a competition for a VIP screening in Leicester Square (London) of the new Nickelodean show The Big Rush in about 2 weeks time. I've got a golf match but D and the girls are going and they're very excited, not only do they get the showing but they get goodies too I then had an email saying I'd won 2 tickets to a pre-view of Dear John on Monday, oh and I also won a packet of cookies in another comp. Me entering all these things is starting to pay off

Well, I did my best at catching up. Hope all is well.

We started tearing out our bathroom on Sunday. We decided - err, dh decided - that we were going to remodel the bathroom ourselves. I really tried to talk him into paying someone to tile the shower. Nope - not going for it. I did manage to talk him into hiring a plumber to put in the new tub. He is also going to let the shower door people put that in.

I really wanted a Corian shower and had it all picked out, but the company quoted us $10,000 to do the shower. That's more than our budget for the entire bathroom. So we decided to go with tile. We bought Travertine tile and glass tile for accents. The floor tile is on backorder until the end of May. I am very excited to get rid of my all white bathroom.

DH and I are going to Hilton Head in a week. We are going to stay at the Disney property there. We are only staying 2 nights, but I sooo need a break from the kids.

Morning. Well it is for me. I need to sleep like a person eventually, esp since I have actual work at the end of the month.

So it's been a heavy week.....first my friend has the big C....now this....I need some serious advice.

Ever since my mom died, my godmother has been telling me she had "things to tell me" and she never did. I have asked her several times and she hasn't said anything. Her daughter, my cousin, told me this as well, and that it had to do with my father (whom i never knew, mom left him when I was a baby). Then yesterday out of the blue my godmother sends me a facebook message(tacky right?!) and tells me the name of some man who is supposed to be my father. This is not the person I was told was my father my whole life. I had asked my grandmother about this when it first started (maybe 2 years ago) and she said my godmother was out of her mind.

I just really have no idea what to think or what the heck to do. I don't plan to speak to my godmother about it for several reasons...(1)she drinks (2)she claimed to be "there for me" after my mom passed and that lasted about a month and after that I heard nothing. I don't have room for that in my life. But this bombshell is very confusing. What if she is right? She was my mom's best friend since they were kids. What if she's crazy? I would hate to search for someone and have it be all untrue and uproot someone's life. But I have never known a father, what if?!

So any "if it was me" type advice would be awesome. I'm at a loss.

On a good note, we had a really nice relaxing weekend and this is KC's last week at this job!! Wed is a going away dinner for him.

I'll be around today, I plan on playing catch up with the internets and chores in the house today.

Again thanks for listening, I don't know what I would do without my fockers.

You need to search your heart and listen to your inner thoughts on this one. If this person has no idea that you exist, this could end up badly on that issue. You've done well without a dad up to this point, what do you truly expect to happen should you find out he is your father? Daddys aren't made overnight.

I was very, very close to my father. However, my mother was never there. I know who she is, but honestly, if she called me tomorrow I would tell her that I have done fine without her and wish her the best. There is no way she could ever be a mother to me at this point.

I just don't want you to get hurt. Not everyone is as loving or caring or understanding about these things when they come up. Be very careful.

And IMO, this Godmother, isn't much of a friend to you or your mother.
