4/26-5/3 at ASMu family suites with 4N/4D prices, no hopping, waterparks or ddp = $2136.

If they won't book with the family suites, then I'll go with 2 rooms at the Pop same set up for $2046.

So, here's what I'm thinking (look away, T) a nice, casual trip. One without fancy restaurants and lots of character meals... time to slow down and enjoy what we may have missed last time.

Is there one or two places I can't miss for TS, though? I can't think of any...

Dawn - I was going to suggest looking into renting points for a DVC villa with a full kitchen. We saved a lot of money by going grocery shopping and cooking simple meals for dinner instead of eating in the parks every night. I think there are some one bedroom villas that sleep 5 at Animal Kingdom, but I'm not sure when they open for sure. But, if that discount is true, you may not need my advice...

Dawn - I was going to suggest looking into renting points for a DVC villa with a full kitchen. I was thinking about what all to get the kids for Christmas, but I'm just disgusted with everything they have. I decided I'd rather spend $ on a trip and just get them a few things.

Where are the other moms from?? I think there is 1 Canadian, 1 Dad and the rest are US Ladies!

What steps did u go thru to get on the panel? How long did it take?? I answered 3 questions in less than 100 words back in September (can't remember what I wrote though as it was rushed ) I then had to answer in less than 100 words 3 more questions, which was on 11th October. I then had my telephone interview last Thursday which lasted 15 minutes and was with a panel of about 5 people, I thought I mucked that up but obviously not!!!!!!

How long are you on the panel? For a year starting in January

What perks do you get??? Only the training trip and a family trip I think, but I have the Disney UK press officer calling me soon so you never know

Nothing's set yet, but she may have a project which would involve someone looking at something like 300 websites, and she thinks she could get the money to pay me. Well we have 2 chargers, 2 nunchucks and a rechargable docking station for the remotes which is great. Don't bother with any sporting attachments as they're rubbish!

oh, and someone came to view the house last night. my realtor called this am and said they looked at 6 houses. they liked ours and another one. they're going to think about it!! she said they're not the fastest movers so it may be a week or so. but, i'm so excited!! it's not even been on the market for a week!! woo o whoooo!!

Just walked over to get Gus from school. He's hoovering the stairs for me right now. Such a sweet boy!

Can't believe it's November! It must be 70 degrees outside! SO beautiful and the leaves are so pretty swirling around in the wind and sunshine. Ahhh Fall....

I have to figure out what to make for dinner (with the pork...) I think I'll be lazy and do instant mashed taters. I think they're yucky but the boys like them.

BTW, it's such a dilemna when these deals pop up on WDW, as they are sort of a toss up over the DVC. I mean, we booked a week in a 2 bedroom at SSR for Jan. with pts. but the deal they are offering is amazing! We could save our points and use them during a PEAK time when it's NOT cheap and take the great sale prices for Jan....You know????

Makes me want to do the "fuzzy math..."

Boy you were all chatty today! It's hard to keep up the last couple of days!

Keep options open for Aug 16-21. Wanting to rent points and stay at OKW Studio. They still have openings.

DOn't change these dates I have you pencilled into my preliminary itinerary. OUr dates are 8/18 - 8/26~

I was all set to book WL through AAA and had a nagging feeling I should give the WDW website discounted link (at the bottom of the homepage) a try. Well, lo and behold, up pops GF at $483 , but tucked behind it is an alternative offer... for BWV... a studio (read: SOFA!)... for the same price as WL through AAA! I've never booked anything so fast in my life.

Now I'm in close proximity to EP, have a wide array of areas to study in the next day, AND (Kate, here's the good part...) can easily get to/from ESPN to watch the Sat. night GATORS GAME!!!!!

Good eveningLadies !! Home for the night !!Had a good day!! I just love my staff! One of them came in on his own time and took a consumer for the day to give him something to do had him raking leaves for a neighbor who is elderley ,slipped him afew bucks and got him lunch !! I know exactly how you feel, Dawn. I took DD4 to the store today to pick up some groceries. Buzz's DD's birthday is this weekend and she and my DD7 have decided to be penpals, so I wanted to pick something up for her. We decided on a Webkinz. However, DD4 started crying and whining something horrible about what she wanted and that she didn't want to wait until Christmas, etc. I was about to throttle her right there in the store!

It's not like I buy her things all the time, but the selfishness is getting horrible. I keep thinking that I need to take her somewhere and show her that most kids don't have anywhere near the amount of stuff that she has.

DD7 isn't nearly so bad. In fact, she wants to give all of her money to church to buy mosquito nets for families in Africa to keep them safe from malaria. I just wish she would rub off on her sister.... maybe it's just a phase???
