All this planning going on is making me twitch!!!!!!!!

I showed DH the huge discounts being offered for the spring and he said "What are you doing?"

;)

Is he not feeling well:confused:

:rotfl2: Kind of like the proclamation that we were taking a year off and then suggesting another trip while in line at Jungle Cruise?

:scared1: Oh no he didn't!:headache:

I haven't done any planning in so long! I don't have any folders or sites saved anymore. :sad2: My TGM ran out too.
Is it generally just wise to avoid EMHs? :confused3 That's what I did in January and it worked well.

We always avoid EMH ::yes::

Try touringplans.com cheaper than TGM and infor is better IMHO!:thumbsup2

So, this is the help I need right now:
1900 Park Faire or the Castle?
I'm thinking with 7 days, we'll do 1 AK, 1 DHS, 2 MK, and 3 Epcot. Does that sound reasonable? (Lots of Test Track, Jo!)

I have done boht and I liked 1900 Park Fare soooooooooooo much better. I thought the character interaction (at dinner) was fabulous. You see Cindy and the Prince, the step sisters and the step mother.. The food at 1900 is much better too and since it is a buffet you know they will have something everyone will like!:thumbsup2

I wish I could sit here and plan, but B has volleyball in 30 mins. I'll be back after 3.

Aren't you going in August now:sad2: ANd beside nobody wants to leave Disney on June 21st, it's my birthday and no one should be sad;)

We are agusut 18th -26th , if you are interested:rolleyes1

We are still On for August... Renting points and booking a Studio at OKW is the plan.. Dates to be August 16-20 maybe through 23
So those are your dates then? :rolleyes1 I love that you all are booking so I can see/meet you! I hope no one has a problem with that. :rolleyes1

Yes Ma'am ::yes::

Jen2- Book it! :thumbsup2

All these trips are making me HAPPPYYYYY!!!! :lovestruc

I have to figure out what days we're going to be where so I can plan meals, but the May park hours aren't out yet. They also aren't taking ADRs for dates after March yet, so I can get a fair shot to book as anyone else. :cool1:

Go with 1900 over the Castle... (doesn't the castle eat up 2 TS's):confused3
I read on another thread a lot of kids do not like the Castle food.

Great minds think alike. I didn't even think of the 2 TS credits since I never use the DDP. Jimmy HATED the chicken fingers at the castle. THe kids buffet at 1900 has all the basics kids like, plus if your kids are more adventurous they can eat off the adult buffet. Jimmy loved the salmon!:thumbsup2

Yes, EXACTLY like that! :lmao:

Sort of. I actually like using the morning EMHs... but then you have to get out around 10-11am, so this assumes park hopping ability. I avoid evening EMHs like the plague.

Ditto that. :thumbsup2

I would like to point out that in 3 Fuzzy Days we have managed over 40 pages.:eek:

V- you better start thinking of a title for Part 8:lmao:

I would go with 1900 as it is only 1 table service vs the castle which is 2. If you really want to do the castle you could always pay out of pocket.

I could never use a TA. I like having control over everything ::yes::

I had my reasons for using a TA.. even though it's not a done deal.
Online Disney was not wanting to work with me.. and I HATE calling Disney to make ressies.
If the TA can not get what I want.. then I will have to call Disney.

Good Afternoon! :goodvibes 5 pages since last night,,not bad:thumbsup2

I called Disney today with the codes. Its tough for us because there are 5 of us. I`m not sure I like the prices. I did 2 packages. one with dining one without. June 19th-26th, $4,188 2 rooms at POP With dining. water parks and park hopper...OUCH!
Same package without dining is. $2,900...huge differance...

I doubt Steve will be on board. he said he gets to pick the next vacation..:lmao:

What about dropping the park hopper, etc. What does it look like then. $2K is a HUGE difference. Are you 4 or 5?

I think I said that back on page 40 .... It's one thing to "Pinch the Turkey" .. don't "Pinch my Brain":rotfl2:

katt-- yeah we went a little crazy with the spanish last night!!:lmao:

oooohhhh are you booking a trip too??? sweet!!!:thumbsup2

mel-- glad to hear sd doing better and hope the dr appt goes well.

i just think back to when i was a teen and i'm :scared1:

Have to have the park hopper! I wanted water parks, because its summer and we`ve only been to Blizzard Beach. We want to do Typhoone lagoon, and the boys loved Disney Quest.

Mel,,how did the Appt go? :hug:

Comment? Que? Pourquoi?

Loosly translated... WHAT IN TARNATION HECK HAPPENED HERE LAST NIGHT?!?!

You're all on Double Secret Probation. Starting this minute.

;)

:lmao:
I have no clue. :angel:

yeah, i think someone hijacked her user id!! :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Morning, chicas. :goodvibes I already called and got an appointment for this morning between PE and volleyball. I'm going to tell him that the coughing isn't better and I have a hard time breathing without coughing still. I laid there last night trying to fall asleep freakishly aware that I needed to breathe, but struggling. Scary! :eek:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I talked to K about our trip. He's nervous about going on a trip when the economy's so bad. He worries that we should take all the money and pay a bill off. I know what he means, but I also think if we can pay for it with cash it's not making our life harder, it's what I want to do. These furniture bills will be paid off by the end of 09 with regular payments anyway. :confused3
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I also worry about my cousin's reaction to us going on a trip and possibly not going up to see them. She's going to be mad at me, I'm sure. We haven't been up there since C was a baby. But the thing is, that her boys are 16 and not really interested in behaving nicely around my kids. They say bad words, argue with their mom, and last time, one said he was so sick of A right in front of A and me. I was pi$$ed. Who does he think he is?! :mad: Last viist wasn't fun. I couldn't wait for them to leave- so why would I choose that over Disney? :confused3
It's just going to tick her off. She can afford to do whatever she wants, but we have to pick and choose.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anyway, I probably won't be home until after 3 when volleyball is over, unless I have time in between to come hom for a bit. No more espanol!;)
i say you need this time for you and your family!! your kids will love it! sometimes it's best not to worry what others think. it's hard to do that, but don't feel guilty for taking your kids on a fun trip!!:goodvibes :hug:
We had a nice visit with Kat and KC last night. They are so much fun except they were tired since they had been going since 7.30 that morning. So we had drinks and walked a bit before they went to rest. We did see Night Ranger and they were really good. Who knew? I like the few of their songs I knew and they really rocked. It was so like an 80's concert though with the ripped jeans, long hair and guitar solos. :rotfl: Mitch and I are old! but we had a good time.
I'm glad you had fun with the international contingent last night and although I'm sorry I missed it, I had no idea what was going on! :rolleyes:
ohhh, a dis meet!! sounds like fun!!
I really didn't know you were going to be there when I was! Last I checked, I think you were going to be there the weekend after me. OMG!!!
hi jen!
I think we need be handing our some summons' for some people around here:scared1: :faint:
Well, I think after last nights "little" run on TFW I can now inform Jim that you are all fun AND educational ::yes:
fun first, then educational!! :lmao:
Anyways...as for Jon...the child in question will not be in school today. (I just got off the phone with the school) For "reason" that make me happy. I heard through my connections that he has issues which require medication and he has been without his meds. So, they are getting that taken care of before he comes back.
I will be meeting with the principal and vice principal after school today. I'm still not happy.
I have a call into the lawyer AGAIN this morning...she was in court yesterday...and she is my brother's wife's mother...hehhehheh...to see what I should do legally.
This will be taken care of. But, at least Jon will not have to deal with this kid today.
i'm glad you're getting things worked out!! keep us udated!! :hug: :hug:
:rotfl:
:lmao: The funding department, naturally! ;)
Posh! They won't say no to T. :rolleyes1
I showed DH the huge discounts being offered for the spring and he said "What are you doing?"
And your dates are? :rolleyes1
1900 Park Faire or the Castle?
I can only comment about the Castle but we ate there for breakfast and I loved it! I went with a friend and her niece just to say I'd been, but now I want to go back. The food was so good. :thumbsup2
We are still On for August... Renting points and booking a Studio at OKW is the plan.. Dates to be August 16-20 maybe through 23
Thank you! ;)
I learned this from you...I trusted V:goodvibes
Smart woman. :thumbsup2
