Just checking in.... busy day here. Had Bible study this morning, lunch with DH and then went to the Y to workout after picking DD4 up from preschool. Got home around 2:30, showered, DD7 is home from school. We've got to do homework and practice piano and then meet DH for dinner. DD7 has Brownies tonight and I'm going to a make and take dinner place for the evening. Making 24 freezer meals to stock my freezer with! I love the convenience and also the fact that I don't have to figure out what to make! And it's not any more expensive really.

So, I just wanted to say "hi!" to all of my favorite ladies. I'll check back in this evening to see if Jo has posted any news.

Thanks CE! I DID make it home ok. The apple pie came out great and now I have to make some dinner.

I'm thinking chicken terriyaki stir fry with rice. That sounds nice and easy. I haven't been grocery shopping in over a week, so things are getting squirrelly around here.

We're down to "just in case" frozen stuff. IYKWIM!?

Tonight Bob and I are planning on watching Charlie Wilson's War. It has Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts in it. Bob wanted to see it when it came out but we never made it. I grabbed it from the library while was out on my little ADVENTURE earlier.

I hope Jo has an announcement soon. There's more anticipation about her then the MCCain/Obama race....

We saw it at the cinema, it was good but not a I must buy it IYKWIM!

I have eaten half a wheat bagel today.
I'm trying to drink a coke now. I'm tired of tea, water and limeade. I don't like fruit-flavored drinks, so gatorade is out.

Would you believe that the cough medicine is tearing my tummy up? I asked the nurse if it was known to do that and she said it could. She said if I still had problems tomorrow to call. Uh, as soon as I took them yesterday I had problems.
What's the point of taking and anti-nausea medicine and a cough medicine that is making things worse? I have to stop coughing, though.

Oh no Dawn. that doesn't sound right, get it looked at if it continues

I'm going in tomorrow because I had to use my inhaler twice last night because I could breathe without coughing. So I'm supposed to do a lung test thingy. I'm glad he wanted me to come in, because it scared me and I don't need this to turn into pneumonia or something.
I'll tell her then I need something more mild. Tomorrow will be a week that I've been sick and not eaten but a tiny tiny bit each day.
