Sci Fi is good for Lucnh. Don't go in expecting 5 star cuisine, but it's good! The burgers are phenomenal and the milkshakes are to die for. THe kids (and probably Waldo and Andy:rolleyes:) will love all the campy film clips and cartoons they show.

I have Tusker House for dinner as a back up if we can't get Boma.

Hey Janet, have you checked out RIDEMAX?? :rolleyes1

::yes:::rolleyes1

::yes:: Don't be adventurous there. Adventurous = turkey sandwich at Sci Fi. Stick with burgers and reubens, lol!

Hey Peeps!!!

I just got off the phone with a wonderful CM. The total on the 2 MNSSHP tix was $114.76. ($4 for shipping on them. I want them in my hands.) I added $106.50 for the PH on my base tix. She said I will get my yellow tags for ME in about 30 days as well as the tix for MNSSHP!!! :woohoo:

I'm in a pickle on the MNSSHP. On the one hand, I do love to dress up and so does Rockie. On the other hand, I want this to be a surprise, it will be hot, and I don't want to take up space in my luggage with a costume. I've been looking at mouse ears and funny hats that I could order ahead of time. OR...We could just buy something there. It would cost us though. :confused3
Any ideas?

I'm Italian and I like my pasta al dente`, but is should NOT CRUNCH:eek::sick:
Ditto that for a turkey sandwich. :crazy2: :rotfl2: Or maybe it was chicken. Either way - bleecchh!!

I'm useless when it comes to costume ideas, so I'll just say this: it'll most likely be HOT. I'm all about a Halloween T-shirt and hat for that reason.

In other news, it's Day 7 of running a low fever and my head is throbbing. Oink, oink. :rotfl:
:lmao: i hope you feel better!

:yay: :yay: :yay: on the ADRs.
Yes, that was a weird question. Your answer was funny :rotfl2:
Today is day 2 of no sugar and I am starting to get the jitters. I am so craving my baby's bag of cereal he left in the car this morning.

MUST

SAY

No

To

SUGAR

AAAAGGGGGGGH!
:cheer2: You can do it!

Well I won the golf :woohoo: pretty easily too, there are 18 holes and I had won 7 of them when there were still 6 left to play so an easy match. The team won too so we're through :yay: One of my team after the match managed to spill their whole drink all over me though, it was a J2O (orange juice) so really sticky :scared: But at least it didn't stain :rotfl2:

:woohoo:congrats! Sorry about the sticky mess.

wow if someone did a dirty google search your post would be right up there. sticky messes, virgins, and um...18...!:scared1::lmao:

I love the pirate language on FB! Speaking of FB everyone should friend me so i can snoop through all of your pictures!:rolleyes1:rotfl: Im sam haynes UC Davis. my profile pic is me and my 2 girlfriends and i have my red ahir still.

Costumes...i definitely would not buy something there. for one it will be expensive, and two everyone else will have the same thing on making it easier to get lost. I know you dont want to pack stuff to take with you, but you could pack a small box with some costume stuff and ship it to the resort before hand. that way itll be a surprise still.

I'm bored out of my mind so I have to amuse myself some way!;):lmao:
Glad I could help :rotfl2:

Scroll down to the bottom left of your FB page where it indicates the language you've selected (English- US). Click on that and select English (pirate). Enjoy! ;)
CE did that a while back she loved it :rotfl2:

Nothing new to post here. I've been taking the kids to dr appts, trying to get things together for Baby Girl and the school to start her on Speech Therapy.
Good luck

I told Lindsey that she has to lose her first tooth before she goes so I can get a picture and the Tooth Fairy come here. It wasn't looking so good but she's got a bottom one that is loose so we'll see how many she looses before she goes.
:rotfl2:

Waldo's doing fantastic! We're so happy with his progress and he's counting down the days until he can hit the golf course. Dr. says May 11th.
Fantastic and glad you've heard from Mo!

Haven't been posting much partly due to work and also Judy being soooo down !!:sad2: Life is not a bowl of cherries right now !:sad2:
:hug::hug: And yes they are all naughty girls :rotfl2:

Wow that was red :rotfl:

I've just found that I burnt my arms today, they're pink  it was so sunny so I should have really put sun cream on but hey it's England and only 1st May :rotfl2:

Ellie loved her cricket so that was good!

Guess who got ALL her ADRs this morning? Yep, ME!!! :woohoo::yay::banana: No problems with the split-stay at all.

The stupid system hung-up on me 4 times before I got through, but it was buttah after that. Yippee!

In other news, it's Day 7 of running a low fever and my head is throbbing. Oink, oink. :rotfl:

Happy Friday all! :grouphug:

Congrats on the ADRs! And the oink oink cracked me up!

Popping in to say Hi! on a slow day. Love Kat's NYC trip report. I didn't even know world of Disney was there! I will so hit it up on the next trip.

And you will ahve one heck of a tour guide!

Kat, Looks like a beautiful city. Thanks so much for sharing with us. My daughter Chi wants me to take her there oneday to see a show. Maybe for her 13th BD? Will you be my tour guide when we come?

I am going to be the official NYC tour guide of The Fockers!!! :thumbsup2

You could do what we did and just get some pirate themed stuff, like bandanas and eye patches or something like that, or princess themed, whatever, it'd be lighter on the suitcase.

Well I was coming on to tell you all the good news- I got an interview with that store I applied to last week! It's this Thursday at 11:15am.

Then a bad thing happened today. The vet called. KC just came home with Bale's ashes. I didn't know it was going to send me into a relapse of sadness. URGH. The ashes came in a pretty box with flowers on it, but we are going to the store and get something a little more suited for a boy cat. Then I can display the container on the tv unit. Man it just sucks.

Anyways I'm going to get dressed and get outta here before I change my mind and end up crying on the couch all day. Have a great Friday everyone!

I'm sorry I haven't been around. My posts will be spotty at best the next few weeks. I'm waiting today to hear when our closing is going to be. We're guessing Friday the 8th! :yay:

I have the movers coming Thursday!

I'm making frantic calls and appointments, but I'll check in again later with the "for sure" closing date. :thumbsup2

After that we may got to the mall, or just come home...we will see what mood we are in. I need to clean Jimmy's room and get the summer curtains up. I will probaly do that on Sunday along with the never ending :laundy:

What's everyone else doingpopcorn::

:sad1:I was just forwarded an email from a friend about someone I used to be friends with that has a brain tumor. They just learned of this two weeks ago, had surgery, and he had a stroke after the surgery. He is in the coma and is not expected to wake up. He has a one year old and a 4 year old.

What hurts the most is that I can't even call his wife to tell her how sorry I am about this. When I got a divorce it cost me a lot of friends and they were one of them. I belonged to a very conservative church that believes people who divorce are going straight to you know where and so when I did divorce they decided not to speak to me anymore.

In spite of that I am still very sad about this because I still care about some of them but don't feel like there is anything I can do to help them without just causing more drama. :sad1:

Yes, yes it does! But, we love you. :grouphug:
Cool about the interview.:thumbsup2

I have one hour of work left...who is going to entertain me????

What's everyone else doingpopcorn::
Well, my entertaining abilities are severely limited just now. I'm sitting here with tons of cotton wadded in my cheeks. Grrrr.

:sad1:I was just forwarded an email from a friend about someone I used to be friends with that has a brain tumor. They just learned of this two weeks ago, had surgery, and he had a stroke after the surgery. He is in the coma and is not expected to wake up. He has a one year old and a 4 year old.
Sorry Debra. That is so sad.
Is the friend on FB or Myspace? Maybe just an email or a message that way, would be nice and not too intrusive?

So, they yanked out the wisdom today! LOL, Kristel!!!
I feel way dumber now. LOL

It was fine though. I've never had ANY dental work in my life. I just had my first cavity and filling two years ago, at age 35. That one was only surface so they didn't even have to give me pain meds. I was totally unprepared for needles with Novocaine and the NOISES that happen when they YANK parts of you off!!!! The numbness is rubbing off now and the pain isn't too bad. I am sticking with Advil instead of the Vicodin they gave me a script for. I hate the way Vicodin makes me feel.

Bob's got Butternut Squash all set on the stove for me when I'm ready. I am waiting for the bleeding to stop though (ewww) SD left for a friend's house for the night (ah, to be 16 again!!!) and Gus is watching Speed with Bob. (*blech*)

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm sure I'll be all set by Sunday. We're doing a 5 mile walk to raise money for Special Needs Camp!!! I have to be better by then!

Love to all of you.
I'm here but I'll be LURKING! :surfweb:
