I just had a friend request from an English lady who keeps asking me questions on the MP, do you think that's weird?

::yes:: Little bit. But you're so nice that she probably thinks she knows you. :goodvibes

CE - Have fun at tennis.:goodvibes

Thanks, I really did.

Taking my mom to Ikea today (or tomorrow). Depends on what day Peggy wants to go out for lunch for her bday. Whatever day she DOESN'T pick, we'll do Ikea.

Yum, Ikea! Meatballs? :lmao: (is it wrong that I think of food, rather than furniture?)

I've got some cleaning to do this morning. Hope everyone has a great day! Be back later!

You, too!

Leo and I colored eggs last night. I think I need to start blowing the liquid out in future years. He was NOT happy about putting the eggs into the fridge, and even less happy about the prospect of ruining all his creative decorating by eating them at a later date!

BBL....

Oh, carp. Eggs. :rotfl2:

We are looking at $800 for 2 weeks :faint:

Gah!

We're off to the park this afternoon so the boys can visit with their friends. I've got a million things to do, but they deserve some time, so we'll be out and about.

I hope everyone has a great day! :grouphug:

You, too!

Well I just had the worst morning EVER.

Extra hugs, because I've read the update. I'm so sorry, honey. Give him lots of love today.:hug::hug:

So Hugs needed for Steph, I know she feels worthless due to her grades and we don't have an answer !!

Oh, Rosie, that's hard. I know even with my twin first graders, they know who's better at what, and it's hard sometimes. Give her a hug from me.

Okay... so it's poll time.
Who all is planning on going to Girls weekend in October?
I'm just curious. I've seen posts here and there and I'm not sure what's really going on.

Ladies, sound off! :goodvibes

I would SO love to go, but with D taking off the week for his dad's birthday in July and then nearly 2 in August for his brother's wedding, I don't know how much more he has left. He gets a ridiculous amount of vacation, but he's also using a week for April break, he used a week for Feb. break...

Anyway, I of course would need him here for me to go away, so... If we get some good firm plans, I can broach it with him. :thumbsup2

Again a boring day to be had here. Crappy weather is keeping us home and a grump Waldo is driving us mad. I feel bad for him, but yeesh! he's a PITA. Bad daughter, I know.

You're not a bad daughter. I'm sorry he's having a hard time, and sharing it with you.

The ex and I stopped in Chatanooga one time and did all the things there and had a nice time. That would be a fun place to take the kids to sometime..

::yes:: We've been to the aquarium - my FIL and his wife live fairly near there. It's a pretty town, too.

What the heck kind of bread is she buying. I pay $1.69 - $2.15 for a loaf of bread!
Knowing my sister organic expensive bread :rotfl2:

It's running $3.95 here.
She lives in NYC!

Weird yes, but probably harmless.
Her profile seems fine!

Hi Jo! Fill it with Sugar?? Is she in the south??
She reckons you Americans add sugar to everything :rotfl2:

Yep, she'll be gone from Sunday through Friday morning.
Wow, fantastic :rotfl2:

I should say that I get the free-of-everything bread - no sugar, no preservatives, etc. But it drives me nuts that stuff with LESS ingredients costs more!
Exactly :headache:

For now... We've been talking about putting Baylie in public school for high school. We'll only have 2 more years to do whatever we want when we want to.

He got his 30week report card and once again has 100% !They actually are slowing him down on reading and oushing him to 2nd grade math as they areafraid he will be bord if he gets too far ahead in reading !!Now this is a child with ADHD I love DRUGS , for him they have worked miracles !!:banana:Samantha made Honors and Steph went up a little overall but poor kid struggles , she has a learning disability ad it is soooo hard when you are a twin!!I see her giving up a little more each year and it is so sad !! She did get a 96% in art so we focussed on that!!She also got a 93% in music but Samantha got a 99% . We constantly stress do your best !! Her comments usually reflect this too !!So Hugs needed for Steph, I know she feels worthless due to her grades and we don't have an answer !!
Fantastic and hugs to Steph

Okay... so it's poll time.
Who all is planning on going to Girls weekend in October?
I'm just curious. I've seen posts here and there and I'm not sure what's really going on.

Ladies, sound off!
I'm there 24th to 28th September is that's any good :rotfl2:

Sounds like you have a stalker - watch out!
:rotfl2: She seems OK, there's nothing on my profile that means anyone can find me, well I think!!!

How does one pronounce "chav", Jo? Long a or short a?
OMG T :rotfl2: Chav rhymes with have

So anyway, he sent me a friend request again on FB and I don't know what to say to him. I have declined several times but he keeps showing up. I suppose I owe him an explanation but I dont want to make it sound like my DH is the bad guy, because really it was my decision.
Sorry no advice but

I haven't heard of this? Please give details!

T (and everyone else too), everyone keeps saying 'trampolining' ??? What does that mean? Is it a three lettered word that starts with s and ends in eX??
Sure does :rotfl2: Everyone blames me but I honestly was innocently talking about trampolining and these girls have dirty minds and made up their own stories :rotfl2: We have other words for it too such as CE's panning the opposite of napping ;):rotfl2:

I personally think that's its weird, but that's just me. :confused3
She seems OK!

Jo's the one that started the trampoline thing. I guess in England people trampoline as a sport. She talked about it so much we started teasing her about it being code for you-know-what. :rotfl2:
Yep all my fault :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

We have a showing tomorrow!!!
Fantastic!

17 years I have had Bale. I am doing ok for the moment, just trying to distract myself. Tomorrow will be worse. Today I am just being thankful for having him with me this one last day and thankful that KC can be home with me through all this. He is so darn good in a crisis.
I'm sorry Kat

Talking of FB friends I had Deb Wils from allears ask to be my friend last week, see I am a celebrity :snooty: ;) :rotfl2:

We bought a 14 inch pizza today and it wouldn't fit in the oven :rotfl2: I had to kinda balance it in there, still tasted good though!!!

I am so sorry Kat! Losing a pet is so hard, I really feel for you. Bale has lived a wonderful long life though and has had a very loving mommy in you, he knows that he is loved.

::yes:: Little bit. But you're so nice that she probably thinks she knows you. :goodvibes
Awww you say the sweetest things  She won't like my latest answer though :rotfl2:

Oh, carp. Eggs. :rotfl2:
Did you forget to buy them? :rotfl2:

Oh yeah I phoned Epcot today, I had a question about the Rose & Crown, yep one of the few places I haven't eaten at :rotfl2: anyway they wanted to know something that I couldn't find out online so I called them. The line was terrible and an American answered, strange as I called the UK, but they couldn't understand me and I had to spell out what I was looking for :rotfl: You'd think working with English people all the time they'd be able to understand me :rotfl2:

Yep, as Janet said we had to make an appointment to put the cat to sleep. We called a friend who works at an animal hospital and she confirmed what we already knew- that he's sick beyond repair. he's freezing and won't eat or drink and is hardly responding to much of anything. We did find a fair price for the euthanasia and cremation ($275 total) so it won't break the bank, thank goodness. I'd spend a million if I needed to. The earliest appointment they had was tomorrow 10:15am. Looks liek no sleep for me again.

17 years I have had Bale. I am doing ok for the moment, just trying to distract myself. Tomorrow will be worse. Today I am just being thankful for having him with me this one last day and thankful that KC can be home with me through all this. He is so darn good in a crisis.

So I may pop in and out depending on how well I distract myself.

Thanks for all the hugs!

Here are some more for good measure :hug::hug:

How small is your oven:confused3

T - if I send Jimmy out for 2 weeks and get him an AP, I'm coming with him:rolleyes1

We have other words for it too such as CE's panning the opposite of napping ;):rotfl2:

To be fair, it's T's word. I just happened to own up to doing it at WDW. :rolleyes1

Talking of FB friends I had Deb Wils from allears ask to be my friend last week, see I am a celebrity :snooty: ;) :rotfl2:

Oooh, cool!

Awww you say the sweetest things  She won't like my latest answer though :rotfl2:

Well, you are. :goodvibes But what did you have to tell her?

Did you forget to buy them? :rotfl2:

I have brown ones... :rolleyes1 and no dye. :headache:

You'd think working with English people all the time they'd be able to understand me :rotfl2:

:rotfl:You'd think!

Why? :confused3

Debra- Several of the ladies here have talked about meeting up for a girls' weekend October 9-11. I was asking because it seems like it's been willy nilly without a real plan.

I'm nosey. I want to know who's doing what. ;) :lmao:

Jo's the one that started the trampoline thing. I guess in England people trampoline as a sport. She talked about it so much we started teasing her about it being code for you-know-what. :rotfl2:
Thanks for the explanation.
We have a showing tomorrow!!! :yay::yay::yay:
YAY!!! :cheer2: :cheer2:

I'm so sorry Kat. 17 years is a long time
Knowing my sister organic expensive bread :rotfl2:

She lives in NYC!
well that certainly explains it.
OMG T :rotfl2: Chav rhymes with have
I still think that I say "Have" differently than the way you say "Have" ;)

Sorry no advice but
thanks Jo

Sure does :rotfl2: Everyone blames me but I honestly was innocently talking about trampolining and these girls have dirty minds and made up their own stories :rotfl2: We have other words for it too such as CE's panning the opposite of napping ;):rotfl2:
Poor Jo!! You get blamed for everything

How small is your oven:confused3
It's a standard sized double oven but obviously only takes about a 13 inch pizza :rotfl2:

To be fair, it's T's word. I just happened to own up to doing it at WDW. :rolleyes1
See I just don't own up :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

Oooh, cool!
I have to be careful what I say now ;):rotfl2:

Well, you are. :goodvibes But what did you have to tell her?
She asked about Pal Mickey and I said they were discontinued and I never bought one anyway as I didn't want to lug it around and it was so expensive :rotfl2:

I have brown ones... :rolleyes1 and no dye. :headache:
Whoops :rotfl2:

I still think that I say "Have" differently than the way you say "Have" ;)
Probably :rotfl2: It's so hard to type how words sound :rotfl2:

Poor Jo!! You get blamed for everything
They do Debra but I know they all love me really :rotfl2:

I had planned to, but 3 studios for a week during Magic time have eaten up all my points. :guilty:
I haven't heard of this? Please give details!

T (and everyone else too), everyone keeps saying 'trampolining' ??? What does that mean? Is it a three lettered word that starts with s and ends in eX??
You got it. Trampolining, hugging, panning, sneezing.... we've got it covered. :lmao:
We have a showing tomorrow!!! :yay::yay::yay:
:thumbsup2 that's awesome Dawn!

Thanks for all the hugs!
 I know how painful it must be, Kat. But Bale knows his momma loves him.
T - if I send Jimmy out for 2 weeks and get him an AP, I'm coming with him:rolleyes1
2 weeks? Heck send him out for the summer. ;)
To be fair, it's T's word. I just happened to own up to doing it at WDW. :rolleyes1
Yup. CE violated AK's beds and then wrote about it in her TR. :lmao:

I'm bored. :bored:

I never heard about that one!

Wait.. or did I?! :rotfl:

Poor Jo!! You get blamed for everything
::yes::

They do Debra but I know they all love me really :rotfl2:
That we do!

Besides. If it weren't for Jo's fault, there might never have been a Fockerfest I, let alone Fockerfest II!

In freaking AUGUST. :faint: :rotfl2: LY Jo!!! ;)

Oh, I'm on the "questionable" list for a Girls trip in Oct. We're already going for Halloween, plus my annual Food & Wine trip with local friends, so we'll see. Porbably not.

I had planned to, but 3 studios for a week during Magic time have eaten up all my points. :guilty:

I'm bored. :bored:
I'm sure there are some people who would love to split a room with you. :confused3

I'm bored too. I should clean up a bit more before we leave for dance and A's baseball game. But I don't wanna..

I'm headed out. There is drama at home concerning the karate testing. Apparently Omicron says he doesn't want to test. This may be true right now but I know him and in a week he will be crying because he is still at white belt while Delta will be at yellow. :headache:

CE, I am still reading your TR "Rain Rain Rain". I am on page 27!

Kat, my heart breaks for you. You know it's the best thing to do, but of course, that doesn't make it any easier. My sister had to have her cat put to sleep 3 weeks ago, he was 14. Even though he wasn't my cat, I still miss him.

We have a showing tomorrow!!! :yay::yay::yay:

:woohoo:

Deb There is also another thing we pick on Jo about :lmao:and that is a caravan !! :rotfl2:This has led to many a joke and giggle !! So if you get awarded a fortnight in Jo's caravan be prepared !!:scared1: I am sure someone will post pix !! We need our new Fockers to be in on our jokes !!
Did I miss the reply on filling me in about the IP/Dip Meet!!:confused3 We all remeber how I missed Flat Rosies arival in Kent!!!:rotfl:

I am home and officially off until Monday:cool1::cool1: Lot's to do over the weekend though. TOmorrow I am cooking the ham and making the potato sald and macaroni sald for the inlaw invasion on Saturday. Then I have to run to Wally World to pick up a couple of things for Jimmy's basket. Saturday we have T-Ball 10am - Noon, then the inlaws are due at 1:30 (whihc means they will actually show up at 3:00:rolleyes:). We'll dye egss Saturday night, leave out carrots and milk for the Easter Bunny (Jimmy also wants to leave cookies for him and if the EB doesn't eat them he will;)). Sunday we are going to my brothers house in Jersey. So much a relaxing weekend:sad2:
