Nope, it's a Tropical Storm and isn't (as of now, anyway) expected to go back to hurricane strength.

Good Morning, Fockers (at least those of us that are left)!

Just home from the gym (didn't see you there, TE). Not sure what we'll do today. Gotta take the dog back to the vet for some bloodwork. His liver enzymes have been out of whack for the past six months or so. The vet wants to recheck them to see if they've gotten any better. If they're not, I'm not sure what the next steps are.

My DD4 is bored to tears with her sister at school. She doesn't start preschool until after Labor Day. She's driving me crazy. So, I'm going to have to think of some fun things for us to do until her school starts. Depending on the forecast, I may take her to the zoo tomorrow. I really wish I could take her to Focker Fest, but that's not an option...

Glad to hear that everyone's flights have made it in. Hopefully Fay will take a turn to the east and just head out to sea! If not, I hope there's not too much rain at WDW for you guys. For those of you that haven't left yet, have a great trip!

Hi everyone! Dropping in to do a quick drive by and see what all the Fockers are up to. The kids and I have been out of town and enjoying our last few days of summer before school starts next week. Hi everyone. Been having lots of computer problems lately so not much Dis time.I know I have missed alot but don't have the time to catch up.

Next week football starts for my boys and softball for my girls and we have been averaging two hours a night on HW.Starting to panic a little....

Watching Weather channel describe the "storm sitting there DUMPING tons and tons of rain on Central Florida"......OMG.

We better pack a rubber raft with our ponchos....

Hi Fockers!!!

Hope everyone is doing good. Just dropping in while I'm on a hijacked computer for one last visit until after Fockerfest!.

Half the group is there and I think the other half is rolling in the next few days. Everyone have a safe trip and all our fellow Fockers who are taking care of the thread will be getting a big shout out on Saturday.

Hi Fockers probably the last time I will be on before Fockerfest.

Kelly and I are on the 7:15 am flight tomorrow out of newark, just printed the boarding passes. Still lots of cleaning to do and then off to spend time with my nephew (Kelly's brother) who is leaving for college Sat.

Make sure you keep the riff raff out and loooking forward to meeting all the flat Fockers

Keep your fingers crossed that Fay stays out of the path of us Fockers.

I cleaned the whole house tonight! Made my boys a juicy steak for dinner, got my pedicure, picked up videos for the kids and packed!!! Yay me!!!

Tomorrow is the psychologist again with SD and then I'm cooking their meals for while I'm gone. That's enough! I am pooped!

OK, YES, I'll be at Flat Fest....but not as a flat! I will have FLAT JODI with me though. I hear she's sort of a boozer....

Hey, girls. I'm back home. I went to my mom's for two days.

I didn't go to my friend who had a hysterectomy's house. She doesn't want company right now. It doesn't sound like her MIL's doing well. She seems to not be able to control her bodily functions. I haven't had someone close to me die, but that doesn't sound good. My friend is upset that she's having to lift her MIL and take her to the bathroom and to shower when my friend's not supposed to be lifting still. I can understand why she's upset. It's not her mom and the MIL's not been very nice to her in the past. No one else will help her though.

So, our trip to Austin was nice. Tiring, but nice to see my other friend and meet her new baby. What a cutie! B and I went to the Vicki Courtney event. I'm hoping to do a TR on my blog, but my mom has to send me the pictures. When I get it done, I'll let you know. If I can get her to send them soon, we can be entertained a bit whil the other Fockers are gone.

I agree that we shouldn't close up shop here. We count too! Let's play a game and post lots of TR updates, etc. while the other Fockers are gone.

So, I am a flat focker. Janet took me to Fockerfest. I hate to cook, so there's nothing that's my favorite there. I do love to eat, though!!!

My answer is: I wish I knew that I would choose to homeschool from the start. I wish I wouldn't have put B in public school ever.

Sorry, that's as deep as I can go right now.

My question is: Do you have a "theme" in your kitchen?
Mine's an Italian coffee type theme.
