I used to have it done at the hairdressers but it costs about 10 times and doesn't look much different!You are a braver woman than I to dye your own hair! That's the one thing I like about my hair so I leave that to my hairdresser.

He is being transported to a bigger hospital right now---he has some kind of bacterial infection that they feel needs a specialist (and we have just a small county hospital here). I think he looks a little better (and he says it is BS that he has to go anywhere
But he's still really sick--the doctor put his hands on mom's shoulders and told her he was extremely ill and has come close to dying twice in the last 2 days. She is brave in from of him, then cries when out of the room. I hate she has to be 100 miles away now---I may try to go down on Sat....or sooner depending on how things go.
At least he's in the best place TE, this is where I really wish we were closer so I could look after the girls for you oh and the goats too I suppose

I'm sure that it's really hard on her. When my mom was down this last weekend, I was talking to her about a friend who's MIL is staying with them and has been sent home for hospice. My poor, sweet friend is having a horrible time. Mom, of course, understands the dying side, while I understand what my friend must feel like to have to worry about everyone else when you want to cry.

Ouch! That's not good. Has she used something different on her head? Could be dry spots that she scratched and got infected, KWIM? I'd put antibiotic ointment and keep my eye on it for the next day or 2.Jess has come home from school saying her scalp hurts and when I've looked she's got 2 really sore spots that are weeping

. This must be difficult with your mom far away but thankfully he will be in a large hospital with good DRs.
