I'm home everything went well!! have a hiatel hernia which apparently mI've had and never knew ! ! Also gerd !! Have to take prilosec !! I am super sleepy though even after a 3 hour nap!!

EnglishRose, I am a veteran of those wars and can give you some hints. I use sugar free cough drops to stop some attacks in their tracks. It took me about five years to learn that one. My doctor is wanting me to have the new surgery where they take the top part of your stomach and wind it around where the sphincter is and tighten it up. It is too new and scares me though.

Take good care of yourself. That stuff sounds benign but it can be a killer, in more than one way. I am glad you found out what it was so you know what you are dealing with and keep it from getting worse.

It is dead around here! Yesh. I'm so bored. By this time at night Kc is usually playing games and I'm reading or surfing the web but when he isn't here I'm just bored for some reason. I hope he doesn't come home too late!

So, I'm home and awake now. The appt went well. The sono showed a cyst on my one ovary, which explains a bit of the pain. The Dr. thinks that the rest of my trouble is my Endometriosis coming back. She told me there were three treatments and one was a hysterectomy. So, I was happy with that. The lady is supposed to call to schedule it tomorrow. The plan is to do it ASAP, and definately by mid-July. I want to be done recovering by the time mid-August comes since we have so many activites starting then.

So, I'm happy that we're finally at this point, but a tad nervous to go through it all.

Just wanted to offer up a

ACK!!!! No!! Evan's been asking for a baby brother and we've been telling him "No way, kid", so he decided he's just going to tell everyone I am pregnant and hope for the best.

Jon says he doesn't want any "big brothers or sisters."

I tell that would be kinda hard to do anyways!

Can you all handle my drama one more time? Remember the b-day party incident and my ds not attending, cause the b-day boy hasn't been to friendly with him this year. Well the mom...who smposively(sp?) is a friend will NOT speak to me. Walks past me, won't talk to me, won't let our dd's play (who have always been great little friends). It is nuts. I called her and asked if everything was alright and she said she was tired and asked if my son was taking a specific class this summer.

I dunno girls.

Well, it's cloudy again. But, that's fine with me. I'm going to stay home today and hopefully spackle and tape the holes/seams in my "office under the stairs" today.
(ha, like someone said, I'm Harry Potter)
And then I plan on going to the library. I have to return Eclipse and find something new to read. I haven't a clue what to get though. Any suggestions from my Focker Friends?

Being nosy here.. how much did these glasses set you back??

OHH speaking of glasses.. We have cutting edge technology here in Roanoke in eyeglasses.
A Dr Blume has created glasses that somehow will adjust to what your eyes need at a given time. His company is "Pixel Optics" and they are a customer of Scott's. (Now I can not say how well it will work for people with glaucoma looks like they are just for Aging eyes but as intelligent as this guy is.. maybe he can upgrade Glaucoma glasses till we can find a way to reverse or stop Glaucoma altogether).. These things are amazing.
