V- We got DH the Wii fit for father's day and the kids are the most addicted to it. Are there games we should get to go with?

It's fun, isn't it?! I only have one extra game for the Fit, We Ski, plus the EA Active, so I'm not the best resource. The We Ski is a lot of fun, and Active is the one with my sadistic trainer; definitely not a game, but a full-on workout. Leo has no interest in it - 'nuff said?

So I have a FOCKER conundrum...

Honestly? Stay far away from it. I made the mistake of trying to explain the need for ADRs to a similar-sounding friend and she didn't want to hear it. Amazingly, she did wind up getting into some places and hit me with lots of "I told you so" when she got back.

HOT! HOT! HOT! and HUMID! YUK!

Leo goes to his dad's next week for 2 weeks.

Anyone watch the Jon & Kate special and divorce announcement? Like we all didn't see that one coming. In a way a feel sorry for them all, but you know this is now going to play out as watch Kate do the single mom thing with the 8.

I can't believe I actually watched that crap. As we know, stuff happens, but to make it this big media production? Ugh.

Morning! I really did need my rest day yesterday; I was exhausted by bed time! I'm still pretty tired and my allergies are bad. Couple that with a temp. of freaking 88 at 5am... no wonder I'm feeling icky!

Nothing too exciting going on here. The girls are going to a sleepover at my friend's house. I had her girls over two weeks ago, so it's her turn. I'm not sure what the boy and I will do this afternoon.

I was invited to go to the movies tonight, so I'm thinking about that. I may go have sushi and read first, then meet the ladies. Now that it's just the boys home, I would most likely just sit on the couch while they do boy things. Might as well have some fun!


I've got my eye on some curriculum on eBay, so I'm just putzing around for the next 45 minutes. I'm the only bid so far.

Jen- I wouldn't mess with her on the ADRs. I would just say "good luck" as sweetly as possible. Then if she doesn't get in- her problem. You told her. If she does get in, then you don't look rude. Just my thoughts...

I don'tknow if I cut the wheel wrong or what but my whole passenger side scraped up against the brink wall Can't open the passenger slider at all. I am so stinking ticked off at myself I can't stand it. I filed a claim with the insurance compnay and I have an appointment with the Insurance approved body place at 5pm.

Hopefully, a huge improvement, lol! Problem lately is that we've had NO rain, so temps are skyrocketing and the Gulf is heating up, which keeps the air temp high all night. Bet it's cooler in orlando in the mornings even now.

Mom said they've been getting the daily 3:00 rain, but that's about it. ALl we've been getting is rain so I hope it clears up here for them. They are coming up this weekend for a week

Ugh. I'm feeling queasy again. It's on and off every few days. I don't know what the deal is. Mel thinks it's lactose issues, but I don't know... Is that something that can develop over time or soemthing you're born with?

My DVC contract was supposed to close yesterday, but I called and talked to my guide about a $16 per point discount that was on the webcast last weekend. It's $2 less pp than I was paying. He's supposed to send me back the updated paperwork so we can fix that and close.
See? Being on the computer saves me money!

Yep Ellie is going to the same school as Jess, they're at primary school fro age 4 to 11 and secondary school from 11 to either 16 or 18

I tried reading in line for space mountain and on COP but the darn moving lines and singing was disturbing my reading. So i parked myself on a bench by the bridge to liberty square...for several hours.

oh, jo................. my mil is coming with me and if we run into you, don't be surprised if she's amazed. she visits the mom's panel site often and has asked a few questions. i told her you were my "internet" friend and she says "ooohhh, i just love her. she was writing about a water fountain one time and called it something else. "
she thought it was so cute. but, of course she couldnt' remember the british name you called it. LOL

Just wanted to let you all know the Mammo and sono were normal !! I just got a preprinted letter saying that but that a physical exam a lump was felt and to follow up with doctor !!The radiologist agreed it was scar tissue from my incision!!So now I just have to see the surgeon for the final word !!I am pretty confident he will concur !!

Oh no, feel better, I'm not sure if you can suddenly become lactose intolerant but I did suddenly develop an apple allergy so maybe it's possible, get tested!

Ellie's sports day was today and it was lovely, she did really well, in the morning it is team races such as egg and spoon, sack race etc and then we all have a big picnic followed by sprints and relays. Also as Ellie is in the highest year they do a leaving race, they dressed as the cast of Grease and did a dance which was cute. It was so hot though and lots of Mums got burnt, I had my F50 on

Oh any early risers out there may be interested to know that online ADR's start at 6am EST!!!!

I'm sorry about feeling bad, but good for the points. I think lactose intolerance can develop later - my cousin has it, and didn't use to.

Well, the kids have been home for a half hour and Woody's already had two crying meltdowns. Why did I want summer?

Honestly, I think he gets very conflicted about change, and I'm sure it's just a manifestation of that kind of worried feeling, but still - it's not fun to deal with.

I am pleased with their teacher assignments, though - they are basically right across the hall from their current classrooms, so I've seen them in the hallway and both seem really nice. Buzz didn't get his best friend (Woody has him, go figure) but it's probably better for the learning and they will still have lunch and recess together. He did get several kids that he knows well, so that's better than last year.
