You guys were busy today! Sounds like everyone had a great day. :cool1:

KAT- Hey... know what? You got me addicted to Twilight. It's been on my list of need to read, since you were so excited about last year... I finally am reading it... AND CAN't put the darn thing down. You so weren't kidding. Seriously all I can think of is finishing it and thinking, "Boy Kat was point on!" :worship: I'm going to reserve the next one from the library. :love:

Lori- Did you go to your math class anyways and see if the prof would let you in? Sometimes if you show up, they let you in. :)

V- We got DH the Wii fit for father's day and the kids are the most addicted to it. Are there games we should get to go with?

Janet- Good luck this week! :hug:

Rachel- Miss ya! And btw... you are a hoot! :rotfl2:

Lessa- Good luck!

----------------------
Been to swimming lessons, open swimming, picnic, more swimming lessons, then home to READ Twilight (nap TINK) :worship: My DH got home a bit after 5:30 and I was like, "WHY are YOU home so early?":confused3 He was in bewilderment because he said the time and I HAD NO IDEA! :rolleyes1 I guess I read for a better part of 3.5 hours... whilst TINK slept and ds read, then played Wii fit. Whoopsies...:rolleyes1

So I have a FOCKER conundrum...
I have a friend who is heading down to WDW next week for her hubbies work meeting. They are all staying at the GF. SHe has NO ADR's... but is convinced that Disney will "get them in" where ever they want to go. Where should I tell her to eat? Part of me wants to be a stinker... because... well... I AM A STINKER. :) Should I list the hardest places to get into?

Background- She is a VERY "Showy" girl. Tells everyone how perfect she is, how perfect her kids are, how much money she spends on everything. Last Spring Break when I went down I shared some touring plans with another girl friend... she rolled her eyes at us and told me that we were nuts and she would NEVER be touring WDW via a PLAN. :snooty:

Girls... what would you do?

Ooh.... they have the prettiest weddings right in front of the castle at night. Gorgeous! Oh and you could have your wedding reception on the courtyard infront of IASW.

They also have the rose garden wedding, but it's not that intimate, KWIM?

We saw a bride riding up in Cinderella's coach and Maddie told me "That's what I'm having, Mom!" That's my girl! :thumbsup2 Of course it helps that her future husband and future IL's are Disneyfied, so it's all good. ;)
:love: i wish i could get married in front of the castle. i love the pictures they have online from in fantasyland and the castle at night. Thats where marc proposed to me on our anniversary one year. But it was windy and fireworks were cancelled:sad2: Too bad its so much $$$. Ill probably go for the rose garden near sunset and reception in DL Hotel:goodvibes

you could always think of it as an 8 month early present ;)
:rotfl:

first day of summer school today. :faint: dropped $200 on parking permit and books. :scared1: We watched babe in my humanities class. its about animals and people. Im also taking my last quarter of intro BIO.

ive beem sicky today. :sick: just cold type stuff though.

G2G homework already!

Jen - Welcome to the die-hard Twilight fan club! You know you have it bad when you spend your WDW vacation reading twilight late into the night on the floor of your hotel room bathroom. :rotfl:

A Disney Fairytale Wedding, sounds magical! I would definitely want to have a WDW wedding if I were to ever get married. :cloud9:

does it count if you read twilight for 4 hours on your iphone while sitting in the magic kingdom.:flower3: I tried reading in line for space mountain and on COP but the darn moving lines and singing was disturbing my reading. So i parked myself on a bench by the bridge to liberty square...for several hours.:rotfl:

:laughing: Yeah that definitely counts. :lmao:

Hi there!!

JO - "Yay is that a car????" Yes! Think 'Smoky and the Bandit'.

Z got audited for taxes in 2006. Some scammer did them for her and some co-workers. I’m so sorry. That really sux.

JANET did housework on her B-day. I think there is a law against that. She is having problems with the purse strings at work on the reorganization.

MEL made a yumolicious dinner for Dad’s day. She went to the pool with Gus. SD had a summer class.

CE had Mexican food on Dad’s day. D has a cold. She got her back-up disks for the computer. The camera appears to be working.

KAT had to dodge older folks at the grocery store yesterday. They watched movies. Her b-day party is coming together.

MrsKS had a heck of a time catching up on here. She is planning her November trip. Shoot! I need to get caught up on the stuff over there.

CEL BEL had a good time at the wedding. No DL. She has some heavy allergies going on right now. She did convinced Marc that they could have their wedding at DL. :dance3:

RACHEL wants the house in Ohio to burn down so she doesn’t have to deal with it anymore. She left quite an impression at her local Applebee’s the other day, post #1408. She made her ADR’s. They look excellent!!!

DEB did Office Max and Red Lobster for Dad’s day. Alpha and Delta ate going to see the grandparents in Virginia. Omicron’s B-day was today. He’s at his dad’s. She got an e-mail from Disney. Moderates for $96. I got my bounce back for that price. That was last Sept. for this Sept. Plus free dining. :thumbsup2

LESSA is giving her brother advice on spending. She’s planning for the trip to Ohio and the trip to see her dad. She applied for a job with the city. Good Luck!

V says the Wii made her sick and sleepy. You needed a day off for sure!!!

Kickapoo did a personal spiff-up and figured out that she spends more money when she has to work at he office rather than at home. :upsidedow

T is already planning Mad’s wedding.:rolleyes1

LORI had her first class of the summer today.

SCOTT wants a head count for the Focker Fest. He is getting free dining.

JV has a friend????? Who is a show-off and doesn’t appreciate the art of planning for a trip to WDW. If she has a computer, I’d just tell her where to look for the restaurant desriptions. Let her decide for herself.

HOT! HOT! HOT! and HUMID! YUK!

Where's the Jodster??? There's a DIS meet north of Indianapolis on Sept. 5th. I wondered if she was going.

I will be off the next 3 nights. :woohoo: I don't know what I will be doing. It's too darn hot to do much outside.

I hope all of you have a good Tuesday!

Nice!!!!!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well KC offered to go to the laundromat and let me stay home!!! :woohoo:It means I have to fold when he gets home but I can live with that.
Just gonna sit back and watch some tv till he gets home and enjoy my last hour at this age lol.
Deb - :woohoo: to the A/C being fixed.
CE - Glad you got your computer working.
Jen - Yes, I did get into the math class. :yay: And I'll stick with it for now. :rotfl: about your friend. I would gently tell her to go online and pick a few places, mentioning all the hard ones of course, and wish her luck.
Sam - The wedding location sounds perfect. :cloud9:
As I mentioned above I did get into the math class. It's called Allied Health Math and is geared towards nursing so it's a whole new world for me. I can do Algebra. I can do Geometry. Heck, I can even do Calculus. This is a lot different. Lot's of memorization and my mind does not work as well since having kids. :laughing:
I already have homework for this class. I was talking to Lindsey on the phone this evening and was telling her that I started school today and how I already had homework. She yells to her dad and grandma, 'Mommy already has homework! I didn't have homework when I started my first day of school.' :rotfl: God I miss them!
Then she goes on to tell me that her Grandma J came into town and that she likes her now. I can just imagine that comment went over real well. :eek: :sad2: :rotfl: Oh well...at least I don't have to deal with Wicked Witch of the West.
Anyone watch the Jon & Kate special and divorce announcement? Like we all didn't see that one coming. In a way a feel sorry for them all, but you know this is now going to play out as watch Kate do the single mom thing with the 8.
OK...enough babbling for me tonight. I'm going to snack and watch some TV. Have a good night everyone!
oooppps!! happy birthday janet! sorry i'm late (as usual)
Happy Birthday Kat!
I think all the best people have their birthdays on the 23rd.;)
Good morning, Fockers!
It's sunny here. And unfortunately, it's going to be HOT. Near 90 degrees hot. That's way too hot for Michigan in June.
I'm going to bring SD to his Photoshop class in a minute. He really enjoyed yesterday and is looking forward to editing some photos he's bringing from home. :thumbsup2
For now, it's just me and Cappucino sitting here. She's freaking out and making me laugh. She hops as fast as she can from one end of her cage to the other and then back again! Too funny! :lmao: When I say her name she looks at me like, "What???" LOL
I am glad to hear that Rosie is ok!
Lori: Good job on your homework, and yes, I watched John and Kate. What a mess. I feel so bad for those kids.
:banana:Happy Birthday Kat!!!!:banana:
Rachel: We love you even if you're late! :love:
Ok, off to drop the kid. See you guys later!
MEL:banana:
Morning, all!
Rosie, great news!
Lori, too funny about your exMIL. But yep, you don't have to deal. :hug:
Hi, Rachel!
Morning, Mel! Glad the bunny is amusing you! :rotfl:
*******************************************
Well, the kids are on the bus for the last half day of school. D is pretty much down and out - fever, stuffiness, aches... Poor guy.
I do not have tennis on Tuesdays anymore (for now, I'm trying to get into a fun class on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays for the summer.) The boys have their last session lesson this afternoon, though. I am supposed to be having my eyebrows waxed over there this morning, but I am thinking of postponing it until Thursday, since I wouldn't have to go twice today if I don't go for that.
I need to pick up my gift from school at some point. ;)
And really, that's about it. The kids have asked for a movie night tonight for the start of vacation, and I don't see why not.
So, I'll be in and out. Hope everyone gets off to a good start!
