Happy days are here again....

Looks like WDW might be going back to the old 90-day ADR system! :banana: :yay: :woohoo: :cheer2: click here

Hi CE! :wave:

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Ooooohhhh...not as bad as I was expecting...not great. Would've definitely made my heart jump to my throat though!

I had to run into the bathroom when I first got home last night...cry...and then go back out and pretend I was composed. Once I calmed down I realized it wasn't so bad.

So, I'm back from my interview. and I basically got offered this job...just have to meet with the director of the program...working with emotionally disturbed and developmentally delayed preschoolers. We'll see. It's very intriguing!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Sounds like things are moving along.:thumbsup2

Janet - poor Jimmy, hopefully it will be all better soon. And boy he really does look alike like you!

Everybody says that...I don't see it...I see my dad, so I guess I look like my dad:confused3

!
And I think I would like the 90 day system back too, I am having buyer's remorse and with free dining I have to keep what I got or go CS (which I probably will do). Though make no mistake, I am keeping my puffy french toast ADR:goodvibes

I never changed the original CP ADR so you and Kelly are still on it...just sayin:rolleyes1

:lmao: :lmao:

Height...tall.

Weight...skinny.

With tats and piercings. My kinda dude...smart...but walks a little on the edge.

Very sexy.

And he's technically a doctor...right?

:thumbsup2 :woohoo:

Nwo these are the details we are looking for.

And yes he is a DR, and in my book, it is a lot harder to get into vet schools then medical school. Vets have to be soooooo smart to learn all about the different species that they treat. Heck human dr's only need to know one species, not so impressive.;)

Good point Mo ::yes::

Why are we talking about Mel dying? :guilty: Shes NOT going anywhere!!
Besides, she promised me the Honda Pilot already,,,:lmao:

Yeah! Why does Katt want to talk about me dying? Maybe our meet didn't go as well as I thought....:lmao:

As I was leaving...and this is the best part...the vet slips me his card with his number on it. Apparently, he finds me hilarious and cute. So, there was an upside to the night. :lmao:

Now...good-night. I'm off to sleep some before my interview tomorrow. And to dream about dear Dr. Dugger.
Good Luck on your Interview Jen!! Hope it goes well and YAHOO on the Dr. #. He probably thought you fed the dog cookies on purpose....:rotfl:
Kidding...lol
:laughing:

Chewing on mouse cord....

OMG Dawn...hang in there. I feel your pain. Had to do that sort of prep for colonoscopy. Ewwww....
We love you! Be strong. :lovestruc

You gotta tease them first...
Yeah. You do. ::yes::

I think the only person who chats less than me who's been around a while is Mel.. I considered it a great feat in my life when I passed her.
But I think a little quiet around here would be a Refreshing change. Yes V you should be able to keep up. might only be 5 pages all week.

Does that mean I'm chatty? Or not? I'm confused. :confused: I am not chatty!!! Much.

My hearing aid is broke....:headache:

Sorry TE. I understand your frustration. My glaucoma dr. is talking about redoing the surgery in my right eye. I just want things over with.
You can at least be proud of the "petite ears" you have! :confused3

He does have a kinda proud lip pucker going on. He is such a cutie how do you keep from squishing and kissing him all day.

I was gonna say that! Janet's son is a SWEETIE PIE!!! Tell him I said, how does the other guy look?

Hi Margie! :wave2:

*beep, beep* Quick drive-by! :moped:

Hi Fockers!!! :wave2: Miss you all! :hug:
T! How are you? Want our updates! :banana:

I know. I'm scared about it already. I asked my cousin (who's in nursing school), "What will happen if I throw up?" She said, "Um, yeah, don't do that." Not helpful. :sad2: [/COLOR]
When I had eye surgery they gave me a list of things to NOT do. One of them was "sneeze." Oh, how do you NOT sneeze if you have to? The nurse said, "just don't." Ok......:confused3

How about "Duck you"? :confused3 No? :lmao:
I laughed OUT LOUD on that one!!! :lmao:

Hi Fockers!
Hi Jodi!!!! :wave2:
-------------------

DH is washing the walls in our room in prep for paint. The dumkoff who lived here before painted the walls and ceiling HIGH GLOSS white. Dummy. So, we have to put this stuff on the walls to de-gloss them first. P.I.T.A. :headache: It's 88 degrees out. Sunny and gorgeous. I'm hiding inside though! Gotta go out and load the trunk with the leftovers from the garage sale. I meant to have them picked up by goodwill by now, but then we left for FL and it's still there. They won't pick it up unless it's more than 20 bags of clothing!!! OMG!!
:scared1:

Hope everyone is doing well. I am starting my TR today! Probably get it posted tonight. I hope to have the pics on the puter today too. I only have 2 loads of laundry left to do. Whew!

Mel:banana:

I'm trying to read through posts as I take these pills. OMGosh, it's so hard not to let the nausea get to me. I HAVE to hold these pills down. I'm on #11 out of 20 right now. :guilty:

Dawn, I'm sure I'll find more as I catch up, but hope you're doing OK. :hug:
:hug: Thank you, CE. :goodvibes
I hope your playdate worked out. Nothing is worse than the kids getting their hopes up and it not working out. :sad2:

What does that mean? I don't get it. Someone explain it to me, please. I think I have forgtten what we had to do. :confused3

It means instead of making ADR's 6 months out you will only be able to do them 3 months out!

:hug: Hope you have a good day today! Just think...one more day.

Things with my divorce settlement have seemed to slow down a bit. :headache: The thing now that has me kind of down is that stupid ex hasn't even bothered to call his kids for 2 weeks. Yeah great...send me money but call them as well! I can't complain too much since they really don't ask about him or even mind him not calling. It just hurts me knowing what wonderful kids we have and he's missing out on so much! :sad2:

I have a trip planned for the kids and I to The World in December. It's my 30th birthday present to myself and my best friend was to be coming with us. Well, she quit her job yesterday and might not be coming now. In one way it's a GOOD thing that she quit her job because she was working for a witchie poo (BFF was a nanny/housekeeper) but a bad thing because she's now jobless. So I'm now having two sets of plans for my vacation and might be going and booking a few extra ADR's. :rolleyes:
I'm glad things are settling down. It's great that you get to go on a special trip with the kids. :goodvibes
Hey- your BFF didn't work for Rob Lowe, right? :confused3 :rotfl2:

Dawn - I'll be praying for your surgery tomorrow. :hug: Hopefully everything "comes out" okay this afternoon. :lmao: My mom had a hysterectomy three years ago and had to do all the same things as you. I think they want to make sure there's nothing in your system in case there are attachments to your intestines, etc. Don't want you to go septic! That would be bad!
Thank you for the prayers. :goodvibes

And, I was waiting for someone to go there I just didn't expect it to be you! :lmao: :rotfl2:

I'm headed to the YMCA to workout later this afternoon. And then I'm going scrapbooking tonight. Otherwise, I'm just trying to keep from beating the children!

Have a great day!
That's a good goal to have. ::yes:: Some days, that's my only goal! J/K :rotfl:

Here is a picture of Jimmy's injury:

aww...poor thing. Since I skimmed I didn't see how he got hurt but I assume he's okay and well...he's got his first battle scar! :hug:

It's so great to have something you really enjoy to do everyday, isn't it? :goodvibes On behalf of mommas everywhere, I say thank you for doing a job that's so necessary and valuable for our kids. :hug:
I think these pills are making me mushy. ;)

OMG Dawn...hang in there. I feel your pain. Had to do that sort of prep for colonoscopy. Ewwww....

I'm a tough girl, I can do it. I just need to fuss a little. ;)

Hang in there you are more than half way there.

When I have an interview in the morning?

Let me share what happened tonight with you.

I brought my little bitty 3 pound chihuahua here to Albuquerque with me. She was acting fine tonight...when all of a sudden...she started screaming. Like a baby. Yes, screaming. I couldn't touch her...I couldn't hold her. She kept screaming. and then...she stopped walking. She couldn't get up and walk, or jump down from the couch or the bed. And she is only a baby. Just a little thing.

So, at 9:30 tonight, Jon and I loaded up little Kinzee Faith to go to the emergency vet.

We get there...and I swear to you...it was a miraculous recovery. The vet said that chihuahuas feign injuries a lot...basically...she's a liar liar pants on fire. She was fine. They gave us motrin and sent us on our way.

Now...I'm housesitting for my mother's dogs right now while she and my step-dad are away.

I get home from the vet at 10:45 or so.

I cart Jon off to bed...along with dear little faker Kinzee Faith.

I walk into the kitchen...and notice...an empty bag of torn apart chocolate chip cookies on the floor.

And I knew what had happened. My mother's dog ate a whole bag of chips ahoy.

So, I call my brother, and have him come sit with Jon so that Jon can at least get a few winks of sleep tonight.

And I am once again...off to the emergency vet.

I walk in and the ladies in the front begin to laugh...not only because I am back..but because my mother's dog has done this several times before.

So, they immediately take cookie monster Cori to the back and make her "rid herself" of the cookies.

I wait for her in the room...

As soon as the vet walks into the exam room...he looks straight at me...his jaw drops open...and he begins to laugh.

I said, "Yes, it's me again. The one who has a chihuahua who fakes injuries and a 3 legged dog (my mom's dog only has 3 legs) who can open cookie packages."

Long story short, both Kinzee (the faker) and Cori (the cookie hound) are going to live...$300 later.

Dugger.

AWWW poor you with puppy drama! But you go girl for getting the digits!!!! See there is a plus to the moving!!!! :thumbsup2

It MAY be back by the end of this week (it is covered by warranty). She said my ear canal is just about a child's size so it was difficult to make. :confused:

Awwww you have petite ears! I hope you get it back soon, then we can all stop yelling! ;)

Sorry to anyone I missed, it was a lot to catch up on today!!!
~~~~~~~~~~
Just doing a whole lotta nuttin today! Hooray for blah days!
I'm hoping to get some stuff up on ebay 'cause we need some dough. Other than that relaxing.
Anyone have plans for July 4th??
20 pills, down the hatch! I did it! :banana:
So, I took the kiddos off at MIL's restaurant for lunch because she's keeping them through tomorrow evening so my mom can come to the hosptial. Poor Camryn got so upset and was crying and wouldn't let me go. Baylie picked her up to carry her to my MIL, and she jumped down and chased me to the door.
Oh, man. My heart was breaking. :sad1: She must be so scared and sad.
I keep telling myself this will all be over soon and everything will be so much better afterwards. :guilty:
First of all, good job getting all the pills down. And :hug: about the kids. Just keep telling yourself (and them, if you talk to them again), that everything is going to be fine and Mommy will feel so much better when everything is done. Tell little Camryn that you've got lots of people praying for you and that God will take care of you! :grouphug:
Thank you, Jodi! :goodvibes :hug: I'm just amazed at what wonderful friendships I have found here.
Last night I told Aiden to say prayers for me (meaning while I was in the hospital) and he grabbed my hand and prayed for me right then. So sweet. :cloud9: Of course, he mostly prayed for me to get to eat again, but still. It was heaven to me. :lovestruc
I know what you mean. I was sick for almost a week earlier in June and my DD7 kept praying for mommy to get better so that she can make us dinner and play with us. It was very sweet!
So, how long will you be in the hospital? I believe my mom was in for three nights? Is that right?
Yeah! Why does Katt want to talk about me dying? Maybe our meet didn't go as well as I thought....:lmao:
Oh No No No... Great meet, LY/MI:hug: JUst planning for the LONG TIME OUT FUTURE.. say 40 years or so :rotfl2:
apparently just not as much as me.:rolleyes1
