GO SHAN GO!!!
You can do it!! Draw in strength down deep - GO THE DISTANCE!!
I remember my long run - never will forget it - Christmas Eve - not too cold (in the twenties) not too much snow - yikes!! Why do I run??? I had hopes of doing 8 miles, but when I rounded the corner and knew home was right there, I went home - 7.8 miles - and I still am sad and disappointed in myself - so you GO THE DISTANCE!!
Matt
I love the pic with Tower of Terror in the background!! DS is hard of hearing, (not deaf but went to a total communication school for a few years) and the "I LOVE YOU" sign has significant meaning here!!
From what I've been reading biking is a good xtraining that racks up team miles, so I may be inspired by all the cyclicst and try my hand at getting on the trails near here!!
I'm a former Hoosier, and I have family in Ohio!! (my parents live on the border of IN/OH/MI ) My aunt works at Cedar Point - so the team has some midwestern influences!!
