Robert & Linda: I know you're back in the saddle, but I thought I'd donate a couple more times, until you ditch the crutches. Just because I like ya!

The only thing I did this week was the Minnie race, LTO after getting home.

9.3 miles x 2=18.6

2:16 time

I wish I could do 18 miles in that amount of time.

Nancy

Ditto for me....exactly the same time and distance.....can't imagine why! :rotfl2: I only wish "wine drinking" was a sport....Nancy and I would have a BIG contribution!

For last week, put me down for 18.6 miles also, and 4:05 for time. (I doubled the miles, but not the time.)
Thanks

25.1 miles (this is approximate. I know I did more walking miles at WDW, but not sure how much and how to count)

5:45 hours (I did a bunch of walking and yard work as cross training)

My results for the week:

Time - 4:03

This week will be a little litter. I bruised my ear drum when diving on Sunday so my balance is all screwed up.

I'm delinquent!

Sending you pixie dust, Jim! I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you at the start of the race. Nancy and I were the ones with the Minnie ears. I probably would have met more people if I didn't spend so much time on the porta-potty line!

Turning in my miles/minutes early, as we're headed out for the Cleveland race tomorrow. Anything I do tomorrow--IF anything--I'll add to next week's totals. The totals include the double miles for the Race for the Cure. Wish me luck for this weekend!

That is wonderful...do not tri to rush the progress just let it come...WTG for starting.

I will post my miles/hours tonight. I may do a few more today if I can get DD10 out the door to "run". (and convence DH that I NEED to ru..20 miles on the bike just was not enough;) ) I think I am going to get the C25K book to get DD10 started. I think a program would be easier for her to follow.

Very busy week + allergy season = not much running
