Lisa, congrats on your 20 miler, and yay for being pain free!! It sounds like you are ready for that first marathon!
 
Congrats to everyone on their training & milestones! Sorry I've been MIA for the last few weeks but life has been busy. Aside from a crazy work schedule, the PT on my knee is finally over & I completed my MBA last week so I can start to focus more on training. :woohoo:

Here's my monthly report out so far. It's not much but I can only improve from here, right?
8/6 XT 60 min.
8/11 XT 60 min.
8/14 Yoga 60 min.
8/18 Walk/Run 57:38
8/20 XT 30 min.; Yoga 30 min.

Quick #'s update:

8/12 - 8/14:
100 min running - 8.4 miles
60 min weight training
106 min + 293 previously reported = 453 min for week ending 8/14

Week 8/15-8/21:
435 min running - 32 miles
120 min weight training
555 min; 32 miles total

I'm trying to make this week a recovery week (workout wise). Ran twice (extra slowly) since the 20 and can feel a little stiffness. I'm glad it's only a 10 miler on Saturday!

Lisa - I've got your totals down. Fantastic job!!

As for me, I've put in 104.6 Mi and 19:46:33 for the month so far. I'll be leaving for Quebec City tonight and won't be back until next Wednesday, so I'll get any other totals updated in the spreadsheet once I'm back.

I was in Disney August 21-26. I wish I wore a pedometer but I didn't. I however did alot of walking. I was alone so no kidlets to hold me back. ;) I would say 22 miles (2 Th/5 each on Fr/Sa/Su/Mon) at least.

My monthly post finally, with August totals:

525.96 miles
39:27 hours

HUGE month (biggest/longest ever) for me as I really get into this whole training thing. Additionally if you feel the need you can add 62 miles for doubling a local metric century on 8/3, 100 miles for a century on 8/23, and 13.3 for the DL HM on 8/31. But that would make my miles total really ridiculous and seemingly unfair so I'll let you decide.

Ended up working out on 25 of the 31 days, just missing rest days pre and post century and half marathon and a couple others. Looking at my total distance/time graph of the last few months is fun, basically a ladder moving upwards! Never worked out this much probably in my life although my running mileage was definitely higher in my high school cross country days.
