Teachers: What time is bedtime

When I am teaching I am usually in bed by 9:00 and asleep at 9:05. The kids in my class laugh at how early I am in bed. I get up at 6:30.

Any other teachers go to bed at that ridiculous hour. In the summer I go to bed at 11:00 or 12:00.

LOL! Im not a teacher, Im a SAHM, but Im usually in bed by 8:30-9:00, year round. I get up at 4:45.

Although I am not currently teaching, when I did teach I also was an Associate Director at a Sylvan Learning Center. I didn;t get home until 9 or later sometimes. Asleep by 11-12 hopefully- up at 5:30- out the door by 6:30- at school by 7:00 or 7:15 to prepare for the day. I couldn't make copies the day before since I always had to be at Sylvan right after school.

I stayed exhausted!

In bed by 8:30 and asleep by 9, up at 5:30. First graders take it out of you!

In bed and asleep by 9:00, 10:00 on a bad night. I get up at 5:30. On Friday nights I try to stay up a little later but am asleep on the couch sometimes by 8:30!

If I can get all three kids in bed by 9:00, I'm able to be in bed by 9:30. I'm really tired by Friday, though.

I usually get to sleep between 11:30 and midnight. I wake up at 6 and listen to the radio until 6:30. Between 6 and 7 hours sleep seems to be plenty for me.
