Tea with Wendy

Can you always get a ticket for the Tea with Wendy, or do they run out of them often? Do you have to make a mad rush for tickets?

It's not really a mad rush, but you should go to the time and place listed for the distribution a few minutes early. They do generally run out of tickets but if you get in line a few minutes early you should have no problems getting them.
