the tea party is scheduled for the days at sea.

they will have a time set when you get on line to get tickets. on our cruise, Monday and Thursday were at sea. They distributed the tickets on Sunday and you could choose which day you wanted to go. check your Navigator and it will tell you when/where tickets are distributed. be sure to go 1 hour before the start time for giving out the tickets or you will be way back in the line and may not get tickets.

personally, I think it wasn't anything special. cookies and iced tea were waiting at the table when you get there. Wendy tells a story for about 10 or 15 minutes, then the kids go up and have their picture taken with her. not really worth the wait in my mind - but it is another activity for the kids.
