Tea at the Grand Floridian??

Are we going to do this again this year? I would love to! It was so much fun last year. Also, will the convention planners set it up, like last year, or is this something we'll have to set up ourselves?? Last year, because it was set up through the convention, we had a private tea, which was really nice that way. Thanks!

I'd love to do the GF Tea again. If we plan it as a mini-meet and not a "one large group" affair, we would have a choice of menu items. I enjoyed our selection last year, but a choice might be preferable for others.

I couldn't remember if having a private tea limited our choices until Karen said that. I do know there were a lot of different choiced off of the "regular" menu. We'll wait to see what happens.

I haven't decided yet on this. The tiara thing never really 'took' with me. I guess I'll just 'wait and see' too.

For those of you with faulty memories (huhhmmm Tia!) It was all Tia's idea to wear the tiara's (not that we didn't jump on that idea ) and then SOMEBODY left their tiara on their bed IN IDAHO!!!!

So, Tia shows up with a naked head!

I loved the tea and my tiara. It was a nice relaxing time to just sit around and be 'girlie' and a 'princess' LOL!

I had planned on attending the tea last year with my daughters, MIL, SIL, and niece. I had to drop out when the menu was fixed at ~ $20+ per adult, as it was too expensive for my family. I'll be solo this year, so I'd like to attend...though I think I'll skip the tiara.

me!me!me!me!me!me! Of course, I want to do this again!! This time I'll ask for all veggie sandwiches so I don't have to trade! And, I have no problem wearing a tiara!! If any of you remember, I wore it all week, not just at the tea!! LOL It started what has now become a family tradition:we will be wearing some type of head gear on every trip!! (well, except party-pooper Kevin who will only wear a baseball cap!)

HAHA, Tia! I agree!! I wore Minnie ears and Jared wore a Tigger hat all week on our trip in June! And yesterday at Claire's at the mall, Katelyn bought new pink and purple tassely dealy-bopper thingies to wear with her silver Mickey dealy-bopper thingies on her next trip (which probably won't be for another 2 years)!!!

I missed this last year for the Keys to the Kingdom Tour so I think I'll have to dump the DH and go with the girls this year to Tea.

I have no Tiara but do have a beautiful set of Princess Minnie deally bopper things. Do those count? Or better yet the full princess Minnie hat.
