I loved having tea at the Grand Floridian! I wish they had that experience at the Grand Californian also, since I get to DL much more often than WDW.
I believe I got the "Buckingham Palace" package, with Darjeeling tea, while my DH got "Prince Edward's". The tea sandwiches are fantastic and the scones (with cream and jam) are to die for! It was around $20 per person.
No dress code -- I'm quite sure I went there in shorts and a T-shirt. I did try to mind my manners though. There's just something about being at afternoon tea that makes you want to be on your best behavior!
My fiancee and I did tea last March. We really enjoyed it although it was somewhat formal! We each ordered what we thought was a cup of tea (ended up being a pot so if you all have the same taste don't bother buying seperately). We also had the tea sandwiches and the scones (both were very good). I would suggest wearing something a little nicer then park wear if possible (I felt underdressed in a somewhat casual skirt!). If anyone can explain to me how to upload pictures on the boards I'd be happy to put tons from the tea.
