Does anyone know if the Disney Store at Orlando airport sells PH passes at the advanced purchase price? Will they take Disney VISA points in payment for these? ARe Disney VISA points valid for purchasing PH passes at the discounted price?

No they don't. You will pay the gate prices when purchasing from Disney in Florida (even at TDS Stores which, by the way, the Earport shop in the airport is not one of).
