Just got back. Before I left I notified the bank where I was going and which cards were going with me. I tried to get some cash out of the atm machines at AS Mu but it kept denying it. Later that day I tried it at Magic Kingdom and it was denied there too. I called TD Bank on the payphone right beside the atm at MK and they looked into it and said the withdrawal attempt wasn't processed and nothing showing up on their end. They then asked me what type of atm it was to which I replied Chase Bank. They then said they have been having problems with Chase Bank atm's not communicating with TD system for the last few months. I ended up stopping at a TD in Kissimmee on the way to Port Canaveral and had no problems. Just a heads up to you out there with TD cards.

Thanks for the info, we have the same TD debit/Visa cards so will definitely avoid using Chase bank machines!

Good to know! Was it only in the Disney locations or Chase machines in general?

Anything Chase is processing. Had issues at the Port of Miami last August (actually everyone with TD cards were having problems) setting up our account for a cruise on NCL Getaway. Person at the desk said at that point it had been going on for a few weeks. On the Wonder in a few weeks out of POM so good to know we may still have issues.

We have the same card. The bank told us we can only take money out of bank machines with the little gold symbol. Everyone we have tried with the symbol works. Every other one hasn't.

by "little gold symbol" do you mean a visa symbol? Td website says the debit visa should be accepted at any machine that accepts Visa......interesting.

I used a TD debit card at the ATM in All Star Sports lobby with no problems...unless this is a recent issue they're having.

Don't know if the old debit cards work. Mine is the newer Visa/Debit card which didn't work.

I only tried on Disney property so not sure if Chase atm's outside Disney work or not. We were able to use visa/debit for purchases in park stores no problem. We just prefer to withdraw cash and have a physical reminder not to get too carried away as it is easy to do there *lol*

No it's a gold dollar symbol and there will also be a blue plus.

The Chase machines have never worked for me personally either. I always just use my card as a Visa for purchases, and just let it come out of my chequing account. I prefer that over having cash on me anyways. We generally take cash for tips, taxis and airport food and just "Visa" the rest and have never had an issue. We don't have a real credit card, so this is our only option.

Sorry for bringing this topic back from the dead, but I always forget to bring my Chase Debit Card. I hate carrying a load of cash on me. Although, last year I used my gift cards instead.

Was wondering if anyone else use their Chase Debit Card there and no fees, right?
