I wonder what the WDW people think about this or if they have seen it. Might make it hard for TCD to get other info for us which would be a shame. He really makes my time between trips go fast and my family thinks I'm crazy (which I am).

Have to agree with Dan, hope this doesn't impede any future missions for TCD! We really enjoy seeing his posts and would hate to lose them (or see there content become somewhat censored!) over this.
I wondered the same thing. I found out about the "boingboing" blog thing after posting a comments on TCD's thread about how high the view count was going. Someone responded there that the boingboing link was likely driving those views.
I have also since received a PM from someone pointing out that there is another link to TCD's thread on wdwmagic.com. It's likely that someone from the DISboards posted the link there, and then it was picked up from that point.
In any case, it's obvious there are tons of folks interested in RC based on any number of factors, the largest being their personal history with the place. TCD provided a glimpse into a sad and surreal world that has struck a chord with a lot of people. I wouldn't be too surprised to see Disney attempt to further restrict access to the site now. But I was glad to be able to view those pics and thank TCD for providing them.
Note how quiet TCD has been since the original posts? Has he been forced into hiding? Did Disney exile him like the Disboard's version of Ferdinand Marcos? Has he gone deeper into the spy underworld than Deep Throat?
Or maybe...just maybe he is acting quickly to get onto Discovery Island and grab some covert photos before word gets out in the blogosphere and up to the WDW high command. Gives me chills like I am watching the A-Team again. Can you see them now sending SWAT teams onto D.I. from choppers and rubber rafts to catch TCD aka Col. Hannibal Smith. My money is on TCD dodging them just in time and posting some fabulous photos before anyone knows he escaped. Love it when a plan comes together.
I too noticed just a couple of days ago there was 40,000+ views, which we all know that is A LOT. Then today, there are over 70,000! Does this make TCD famous? Can we say, "We have friends in high places." Keep up the good work TCD...and thanks Dave for updating us!

One could only hope that someone in Disney does see these pictures and at least bulldoze the place. There is no chance in h e double hockey sticks that they will redo it, so the next best thing is to remove the "ugly abandoned" look and at least let nature take over normally.
They should really do the same thing with the unfinished Pop Century buildings.
We stayed at the Pop Century the week after Thanksgiving... Those abandoned buildings are scary! I'm glad the room didn't overlook the lake. I half expected ghosts to be floating by the abandoned windows. The place is very un-disney like.
