tcd villa's ???

Hi all,

Planning a big family holiday for next year in early May. This year we hired a private villa, I was wondering what the TCD villa's were like, are the locations ok and close to the Disney area? Are the villa's tidy? Generally are they ok otherwise we will DIY it again.

hi cath, we got married in florida a few weeks ago so we had alot of family travelling out with us so we had 2 4 bed villas between us. We travelled with travel city direct and out villa was at westridge manors south which was about 10 - 15 mins drive from disney which was great! As long as you choose a disney area villa, they are all about 10 - 15 mins drive from disney. Villa was beautiful and the pool was huge!

18 of us went last november and half of the party travelled with Travel City Direct and had a 4 bed Villa at the Highlands Reserve. It was lovely, loads of room, great pool. About 15 mins from Disney depending on traffic.

Unless you are getting a good deal i would book the villa separate. You are then guaranteed to get what you want, where you want

We travelled with TCD in May of 2004, we we're a party of 12 and our villa was in the Highlands Reserve, the villa was awful, still dirty from the previous visitors....it hadn't been cleaned ready for our arrival, and there we're lots of other problems with it that I won't bore you with!!. The TCD staff couldn't have cared less. But whether our's was a one off I don't know, but that villa could have been beautiful with a little bit of love and attention.

very difficult to know what to do as the price difference is about £450 cheaper with tcd, the villa comes out the same price as we paid this year but they seem to reduce the price of the flights so it works out overall better value!!

We will have to seriously think about it. Thanks all.
