Does anyone have any feedback for Jean? :)

It's sunshine upperdeck not sunshine first, and it only has 30 seat's and no children under 9, free drinks and a few other thing's. what i really wanted to know was has anybody had any problem's with what is promised.

My wife & I with 3 children flew on the upper deck in April of this year. We thought it was great with just 2 exceptions. The TV's were broken on the way out & our luggage was the last out of the plane not the first. I spoke with European who were very helpful & apologised for the TV's. They have given us a voucher off for next year. This has also happened to me on flights to Europe with other airlines. They were working fine on the way home. Regarding the baggage, it was packed incorrectly in Manchester.
Now the best bits. Walking past 350 people at check in is great. The extra luggage allowance allows for those little indulgences. The kids loved the spiral stair case up to the seats, it made them feel a little extra special. Personally, i think its worth the extra cost & I am about to book again for 2004. :D

Thank's for that, we're going from Gatwick with TCD Europian airline's so hopefully thing's will go ok, we booked upper deck for the bargain price of £59, let's hope there's non of the problem's that air atlanta seem to be having.
