Taxis?

Are there still taxis around WDW? I know that typically they're always around the resorts & parks and are easy to hail, but wondered if that is still the case now.

I don't know, but I hope so because apparently Disney is not providing any transportation to the parks for the AP preview days. Not everybody has a car, and some people are not comfortable using Uber and Lyft. (I'm comfortable with Uber and Lyft, I just know that others are not.)

There should, hypothetically, be Mears taxis available at the resorts.

There will be people at the resorts, so there will be taxis at or readily available from any open resort.

Has anyone actually seen them there since reopening? That was my question.

I'll add that there are multiple reasons they might be unavailable or much less available now. I don't want to get into that, but am just making the point that it's not a given that ample taxis will automatically be back at WDW immediately after a 3 month closure.

That's why I'm asking someone who has been there since reopening.
