Taxi's

We are staying at the Hard Rock Hotel for a few nights in October, without a car, and were thinking of going to MNSSHP at Magic Kingdom one evening. I know we can easily get a taxi from the hotel to MK, but how easy will it be for us to get back again? Has anyone ever noticed a taxi rank at the MK entrance (or TTC) or would we really need to book one in advance?? I suppose another option would be to transfer to Downtown Disney & see if there are any taxi's there?

We have usually been able to pick up a taxi no problem after leaving MNSSHP or MVMCP.

Many taxis will take payment for a round-trip and give you a number to call to arrange collection. This also works well - we've used this method many times to return to our hotel from WDW and Sea World.
