Taxis to Universal / Seaworld

Has anyone got taxis recently?
I've had a car the last couple of trips so can't remember what sort of prices they are!
My brother and wife to be are going for their first trip to Orlando in May and are currently planning their days. They are not getting a car and are staying in Royal Plaza @ downtown disney so only have hotel transportation to Disney.

Can anyone give me some rough estimates of taxi prices to Universal and Seaworld from there? (And how long approx it will take?)

And also the premium outlet malls? They're pretty close aren't they from what I can remember!

try www.mearstransportation.com/TaxiFareEstimator.asp that should give a rough guide , or if they want to save a few dollars there is the no 50 lynx bus which goes from disney to seaworld

From the Royal Plaza they can get on a bus that stops almost outside their door and goes straight to Seaworld in about 20 minutes. Universal would take 2 buses and a short walk or 3 buses so that may not be an option.
The Premium outlets used to do a free shuttle bus from the DTD hotels so that is worth checking out.

A taxi from Pop century to RPR at Universal set us back about $40 in march
