Taxi's from airport - DLP?

Hi all, yet another question sorry!

Has anyone got a taxi from the airports to DLP? Specifically from Orly airport (where we are landing!)

I just read in the Brits guide to DLP (arrived this morning!) that it is around 30-35E to get to DLP from Orly which sounds v cheap! Am I missing something as to why this is not a good option (ie why do people then go on the VEA as its 56E for a family of 4 on the VEA!).

I was looking at shuttles and was going to book with AlwayShuttle but then saw the bit in the guide about taxis!

If we arrive and its awful sorting out the taxi then we can always get the hotel to book us a shuttle for the way back to the airport I guess... but has anyone any experience of using a taxi?

To be honest, I would be surprised if that was all a taxi from Orly cost. I've heard that taxis from CDG can cost anything between about 50 - 100 euros, probably closer to the latter. Orly isn't much closer than CDG

I think it will be closer to 100€. We had a Taxi in June from Hotel New York to Holliday Inn and this one had cost 12€! And this was only a 5 minutes ride.

It did sound too cheap to be true tbh!

I guess I'll just book the AlwayShuttle as it was similar price to the VEA and it'll be easier if its all booked before we leave really!

If we were going to save half the money it'd be worth it but that doesnt look likely!
