Taxis for a large party?

Hi there,
We are a party of 8 staying at CSR. We have a Boma breakfast (9a) and a late 'Ohana dinner (8:30p) that I may need to use taxis to get to AKL and home from the Poly. Does anyone know if taxis will fit 8 people or will I need to grab two? I am thinking taxis will be simpler, but also don't want to pay an arm and a leg just for transportation! The rest of the week we won't need cars so I didn't want to rent a car.

You'll need 2 cabs. you can look up taxi fare at taxifarefinder.com

I would just use disney transportation.

There are taxi vans available, but I don't think they will seat 8 plus the driver. Looks like you'll need two cabs.

The vans seat 7.

The new taxi sedans are smaller that the traditional ones, so I would suggest 1 van + 1 sedan rather than trying to squeeze 4 into each sedan. The rate is the same either way.

Thank you all for the info. Taxi x2 makes it a little harder to justify the time/convenience versus money decision. Maybe we'll do taxi for one and Disney transport for the other.
