Taxis and Car Seats

This is a long shot but does anyone know if taxis have a Top Tether for installing a car seat forward facing?

We will be doing a split stay and transitioning from one resort to another and was planning on taking a taxi with our luggage. I will need to install my daughter's car seat in the taxi for the ride can will use the seat belt but I was wondering about a top tether.
