Could anyone please tell me how much it would cost to take a taxi from the Orlando airport to the WDW Dolphin Hotel?

Just took one from the Poly to MCO yesterday and it was $57.25. I imagine the fare from the Dolphin would be slightly less. I didn't pay tolls. Was I suppose to??
