Taxi stand at Hollywood Studios?

I have been to Hollywood Studios many times over the years and I don't remember ever seeing a taxi stand there near the entrance. Where is the taxi stand exactly? Do you have to line up for the trams to take you to the taxi stand somewhere in the parking lot? I've never been to the parking lot. Or is the taxi stand right up front and I have just been missing the obvious?

There has always been a taxi stand at DHS, but right now, the area in front of the entrance is under major reconstruction, so the taxi stand has been moving around. For a while it was at the front of the handicapped parking, but I think it had moved further out by the temporary parking tram loading area. Just look for signs or ask a cm. The Security cm's at the park exit should be able to tell you where to go.

ETA: Just saw the latest aerial photos. Taxis are still at the front of the handicapped lot.

Not completely accurate.

Uber & Lyft can pick up & drop off at the individual parking lots of large resorts, as long as they are accessible without going thru an unattended gate. Resorts not accessible are CSR, Tree Houses at SSR, and Fort Wilderness. At CSR, pickup is at the lobby. At Ft. Wilderness, it's at the check-in building at the Outpost, where the Disney bus depot and the parking lot are located. I'm not sure how the Tree Houses work; you may need to contact the driver and arrange a meeting spot, such as the front gate.

Also, taxi stands are not all at the same place as the Uber/Lyft pickups.
