Taxi questions

Hi all, I posted this in the "point A to B" sticky but it's been a couple of days with no responses so I thought I'd try the main board.

Hi folks. Hoping to get some feedback on my little transportation plan here.

1. 7:00 AM ADR for Chef Mickey's. Coming from POR.
-Plan to just take a taxi. This is probably the fastest way right? I used the taxi fare calculator I found posted on these boards and it'll be less than $20 including tip and probably about 8 minutes. That's worth it for us, just want to make sure that's actually a realistic estimate.

2. 8:05 AM ADR for Crystal Palace. Coming from POR.
-We'd like to be at the gates at 730AM per recommendations on the Dis. We're willing to take a taxi, if that's faster, but know that we'll still have to transfer at the TTC or walk from CR. What would you recommend for the fastest option? Since we'll still have to transfer, are we saving any time by taking a taxi, or should we just take the bus from POR straight to MK?

Also, should I ask bell services to arrange the cab, or should I call a taxi company directly? How far in advance?

1. I would get the cab for about 6:40ish. That is going to be the fastest and easiest way to get there.
2.I would get a cab for 7ish. Go to the CR, then walk over to the MK...takes under 10 mins. That should get you to MK for 7:30.

Just go to the front of POR, and have them call for a cab. There may actually be cabs waiting there already. I would be out there, talking to the Luggage Assistance people, about 10 mins before you need the cab.
