we stay at POFQ, we get the taxis that are in the car park at the resort, a return trip with tips is around $70 but that was in 2011

Just wanted to say that we used Uber to get from AKL to Uni and back last week and it was free! It would have been around $40 RT so still cheaper than a taxi, but we signed up through a promo code of a friend (or they are all over the internet). My DH made the original account and got a free first ride. I think used his promo code for an account to get a free first ride. As a bonus, another ride we took from Cali Grill to AKL was free because I had used his promo code! We had great experiences each time.
