Hey all,

Last minute planning going on here :) I'm wondering if anyone has taken a taxi from DLRP to CDG airport. Are they easy to catch near the parks, what is the cost, do small children require booster seats?

**edit*** - I've contacted one of the taxi companies (thanks Carrie_Cat!) and they estimate 90-100 Euro.

We are staying our last night in Paris at a hotel near the airport to catch our early morning flight. Unfortunately, our agenda is a bit in the air for our last day in the parks so I don't know exactly when we'd want to leave Disney and go to the hotel so I can't really book ezshuttle as they require a 24hr advance notice.

There are 4 of us (2 kids age 5 and 9) with 1 carryon roller bag each so I feel like a taxi is the easier option, but I'm not sure if the kids can ride in a taxi without a car seat?

My only 2 options are:

1) take the train to the airport (RER or TGV), then the hotel shuttle to the hotel
2) use a taxi

Thanks for any feedback!

It might be worth looking at the VEA bus, they have a timetable on their website and will drop you off at CDG Terminal 2E/F but then you'll need to find your way from there to your hotel.

I just think its probably your cheaper option, and they come once an hour or so I think.

I think you can still pay on the bus too so you wouldnt need to book it in advance*

Taxis are exempted from the booster seat/cushion but all children under 10 must be seated in the back seat and everybody has to have a seat belt

There is a taxi rank at the station and I think you wouldn't have too much difficulty finding one to take you but I have no idea of the cost never having done it myself

You could always contact G7 which is a large taxi firm and ask them for a quote

re BBWWS I've phoned at asked them and depending on who you speak to it's yes you should reserve or no it's not obligatory there's lot's of seats available :confused3

When I look at the official offer it's now saying that it's advised to reserve by phone or when you get there

Réservation conseillée au 01 60 45 71 00 ou sur place (dans la limite des places disponibles)

That is a good option. I had forgotten about the VEA bus. Looking at the schedule it could be pretty easy to catch the bus and head to the airport and it is a bit cheaper at 58 Euro. The other benefit is they will pick up direct from the Sequoia where we're staying so no need to take the luggage to the main station :)

Carrie, thanks for the taxi contact info. I'll probably give them a ring. Yeah, I'm stumped with regards to the BBWWS as I've phoned 3 times now to make a reservation for my daughter and none of the Cast Members would do it. They all said no, just show up, we can't reserve anything for her? I'll probably pop by the ticket stand the day before just to make sure.
