Taxi from Disney POR to Universal IOA

Hi, we will be going to Universal IOA for a half day visit next week. We will have 3 people and will need to take a taxi from Port Orleans Riverside. I have 3 questions: first, we want to be there by 8:15, what time should we plan on leaving POR? Second, do we arrange the taxi the night before, or call for it that morning, or are there cabs waiting that early? Third, we will be leaving (or at least planning on leaving) IOA by 2pm, will there be taxis there to take us back to Disney, or will we need to call one ahead of time?

I would leave POR by 7:45, maybe a bit earlier just to be sure. They should be able to call a cab for you...check at the front desk.
There are always cabs at US/IoA, just waiting.
