Taxi cost?

How much will it cost me on average for a taxi from Coronado Springs Resort to the Animal Kingdom Lodge, 2A,2Kids? Including tip?

According to this link, when I put in the address for those locations, the estimate was $19.40 + tip. So, I would budget about $25.

Yes it is very close. So I was thinking it should be in less than $20 range. Any advice on which taxi company to use, or is there a choice?

There is usually a few cabs waiting at each WDW resort, I would just take one of those or ask Bell desk to call.

Taxis onsite would all be Mears.

Taxi fares are regulated, so you're not going pay different amounts with different companies.

I would also say about $15 + tip. DH and I will often take a taxi during later evening hours if we're at one resort and need to get back to whichever resort we're staying rather than waiting for/and transferring buses. We have always had Bell Services just call a taxi for us. The wait is usually under five minutes.

We are going to Disneyworld in March and want to spend a day at Universal Studios. I was lookimg for suggestions on the best Car service to take us and return us to our hotel. Want to get there early and have felxiability to come back at our own time. Ant suggestion would be great.

There is a sticky at the top of the board with types of transportation, including car service.

Also suggest as an old-timer, you post on a thread that is discussing something similar or start a new thread. Most likely, no one will see your car service question - since the thread was talking about taxis.

Question, I'm worried about my taxi costs going up because of the DTD traffic. I'm staying at the doubletree, do you think traffic will really affect me on this? or is traffic more on the Buena Vista side?

On average what would the taxi fare be for four adults from DTD to POR? And from the Boardwalk to POR?
