Taxi cost?

Unfortunately, the taxi cost estimator does not answer my question...

How much does it cost within DW to and from various points? I am especially interested in hearing about the cost between POR & Epcot hotels & Boardwalk? Also to BB, TL & mini golf from POR. How about AK?

We will be relying on Disney transportation, but may want to cab depending on how steep the rates are, espcially after a nice relaxing dinner. Thanks!

Hi, I'm also wondering if anyone has info on taxi availability as well as cost from different WDW points - especially BB to AK or vice versa and from DDT to parks.

We took a cab from POP to Grand Floridian and it cost us $20 (including tip). I don't know if that helps at all.

We took a taxi van from POFQ to BWV it was a cost of $6.00 but we gave him a 10.00 bill since we had luggage an all. Grand Floridian must be a lot farther!

Ya, I thought it was really high too. I think the fare was actually about $16 and we gave him a $20. POP to GF is about a 20 minute drive. Luckily some nice DISer warned me ahead of time as to the prices of cabs! Hence why we mostly stick to buses.

In June we took a taxi form AKL to CR for the train tour. Price without gratuity was $17.50.

Another morning we took a taxi from AKL to Poly for breakfast. Price without gratuity was $16.75.
