taxi available for scoter?

Hi! We are going to Disney next week with my sister who is disabled. (suffered a stroke having my niece) She can walk short distances, transfer into the car ect. Is there a taxi available that can transport her and her scoter one am? we plan to use Disney transportation the rest of the time, but one am we have an early breakfast. TIA!

Most cab companies have vans that they use in addition to a sedan car, and some even have wheelchair accessible ones with lifts. I'd suggest calling some in the area to see what their policies are and what's available.

Mears (the main taxi company in Orlando) has accessible taxis. They're minivans with a ramp into the back. I would suggest booking ahead so that you'll definitely get one at the time you need it. Calling the evening before to book should be fine. If her scooter can break down for transport, you could also do that and put it into the trunk of a regular taxi, but it's just as easy to get an accessible taxi if you book ahead.
