Taxex added to excursions?

So I am trying to budget. For the port adventures on the DCL website are those the final prices or do I still need to add sales tax and if so is it the 7% charged at WDW?

There are no additional taxes added to shore excursions.

Unless something has changed very recently, I think the sales tax at WDW is still 6.5%.

Also trying to budget... what is an appropriate tip, if any, for the off site excursions in the carribean?

We also noticed on our Alaska cruise that no sales tax is charged in the gift shops
